Proud Images - School Photos - Yearbooks - Printing — Local services in Lodi

I honestly think this place sends out anyone to take school photos. Unfortunately, Garfield district uses Proud images at most of the schools (maybe all), and they never fail to disappoint me. Photographers are supposed to take pride in their craft. They don’t bother to direct the kids for photograph. Doesn’t matter if they are in pre k or middle school, they just snap the camera and keep it moving. Every year I’m disappointed that only shot they took was taken with no photography skills. Proud images is the wrong name for this place. I’m sorry, but the pictures you guys produce show how little you care about your craft, and this review comes after years of photos not worth purchasing. I wish the district would go back to life touch or another company that cares about the quality of work they put out!

Wanted to add I purchased my son’s middle school picture because he’s graduating 8th grade, and it’s a milestone photo. I’m not giving you the opportunity to retake because you guys get that opportunity every year with my 3 children, and every picture produces the same result! Lack of effort or care in photographing our kids!

*Update- The owner called me the next morning after my review. At the end of our conversation he said he would edit the photo. It’s been a week… My order was cancelled on the 17th. If I can give a 10 out 10 ill , I been ordering school pics since my kids were in pre k and I have 3, my oldest daughter she is already going to college , and they just toke her graduation photos , I called because there was an issue with my printings , Berti the owner very kind, understanding, he called me back the same day that I left a message for them . and he responds quickly and also give me an appoiment the next morning to go over and resolve the issue and it was I had a small printings issues on one photos of my daughter and he reprinted it for me at no extra charge. He makes sure every customer is happy and the pictures came out beautiful I’ll recommended proud images for all your pictures needs they are the best photographer studio in town can’t wait for the springs pictures coming up also I love the fact that when I went there the owner Berti also knows his costumers , he told me you been a loyal customer for many years , it surprise me because out of so many parents in town he knows who purchased picture packages from him every year … thank you Berti...

I had an amazing experience with Proud images through our school’s photo sessions. Their work truly stands out—professional, polished, and beautifully styled. The images have a magazine-quality feel that you rarely see in school photography. You can tell they genuinely care about capturing each child’s personality, not just taking a quick photo. The final portrait was stunning—crisp, modern, and perfectly edited without looking retouched. Their packages (we got package D which i very much recomend) are not the cheapest,but what you get is not cookie cutter either, so justifies the value.
