Went out with my beautiful wife for a stroll and a bite in town and wanted something that was not a franchise spot! What a gem we found in town, Chimi cooked fresh, great food and awesome service by Giselle. Chinola and a Limon Juice hit the spot. Dessert was amazing. We were so thrilled with the menu that we splurged ourselves a bit.

Guys the owner made my Xhimi with fried cheese and maduros.......... WOWWWWWWW.... THE MORIRAONANDO, was on point and the tres leche was great. Took a tray of Yaroa with us...... It's not a big place at all but Sat down and service was great. Found a little gem def will be back. Owner said he will add it to menu the super chimi.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted in a very welcoming way. I showed up 30 minutes before closing and they were willing to make me anything on the menu. That’s a plus for me. I ordered a personal fritura which consisted of orejitas & longaniza. I usually don’t take my chances with orejitas but I heard many great things of the chef and his touch.
