I had my silver bracelet and diamond wedding band cleaned at this jewelry store. Both of my pieces of jewelry were damaged after they cleaned them. I purchased these in Aruba so they are sentimental to me called the owner and let him know. He broke a link in my bracelet and the next day one of my diamonds fell out of my wedding band I’m guessing where he polished cleaned or I don’t know what he did, but it was too hard and took the gold out from around the diamond to where the diamond fell out in which I cannot find. He did offer to fix both of these, but said he was going to charge me and that he didn’t do anything to them and these are not his pieces of jewelry! in which I think it’s funny that both of my pieces of jewelry were damaged. I guess if I would’ve purchased the jewelry from him, he would have took ownership of his mistake! Now I have two pieces of jewelry that I cannot wear because the bracelet pokes me from the broke link and the ring looks horrible because one of the big diamonds is missing. I’m not usually one to leave bad reviews. But right is right! Please do not take your jewelry here to get cleaned because this company does not stand by their work, or take responsibility for damaging...
