I came in for an upgrade, and swapped my i13 for a new i16, and allegedly upgraded my plan. Big mistake. My 13 and my two or three year-old plan worked perfect. No issues at all. I came in and got a 16, and was repeatedly told that I could get a better plan for cheaper. Of course that doesn’t make sense so I was skeptical, but was repeatedly assured that my data speed would not be slower. Ever since I switched about two months ago, I’ve had nothing but issues. Most things would not work on my phone for the first two weeks and I spent over 20 hours just trying to get my apps to work on the new phone. Data speeds are abysmal. Quite often, my Internet does not even work at all, even though I am allegedly getting 5G Ultra Wideband. Before I switched, I would get faster speeds with four or five bars of LTE that I do now with four bars on 5G. When I got my new phone, I asked for a screen protector, then they slapped one on for me. I did not think to ask the price because your average screen protector is $12. After they installed it they told me I owe them $$54. And guess what happened? The first time I dropped it, it broke. So the phone sucks, the service sucks, the screen protector sucked, and I’ve had to deal with this for two months with no hopes of ever getting any of this straightened out because no one at the store seems to be able to help me or tell me why the top-of-the-line phone on a mid tier plan is...
Read moreI could not be more satisfied with Verizon! I remember the first time I walked in the store I was warmly welcomed by Richie. He was very knowledgeable about the iPhone I wanted. I was sick of AT&A with their awful customer service, but had not really made my mind up on what company I should go with. After speaking with Richie I had a feeling if he was this helpful I would give Verizon a try. I’m so thankful I did! All the staff in that store are amazingly friendly. Richie has helped me out with a few minor issues I could not figure out on my own with the phone. I will never do business with anyone else or another company. Thanks to all the staff, and special...
Read moreWent to switch from ATT to Verizon, guy at store told me it would be $80 monthly plan with a $35 activation fee first month so I said okay no problem. Get my bill and find out he added me in a $17 monthly add on plan and lied to me about it, I never once agreed to any add on plan and he never mentioned it. Be careful doing business here, shady things lying to customers. Verizon does have better service than ATT in the area but be careful they will add extra fees on your bill and lie to you about it and you will never know unless you check your...
