I absolutely hate to leave bad reviews and I only do so if there’s a consistent issue for a long period of time. I’ll start by saying, I work within walking distance of this KFC, so I order food fairly often to take home for dinner. I almost always order online because they offer coupons and online deals that you can’t get otherwise. It doesn’t matter how long I wait before going in my order is never ready. They don’t even look at the online orders until you’re there to pick it up! Then, after ordering 45 minutes in advance they tell me they’re out of the chicken I ordered and it will be about 40 minutes to make more. (This has happened MULTIPLE times.) If they would look at online orders when they are placed then they would have adequate time to prepare more food, if needed. Because I’ve already paid (when I submitted the order online) I have no choice but to wait another 40+ minutes for them to prepare the food I ordered 45 minutes prior. If I ask for a refund they say they don’t know how to refund online orders and ask if I’d rather pick it up the next day. If I wanted it the next day I wouldn’t have ordered it today! Read moreI placed my order at the drive through. I was told to wait to the side. I parked and realized there are 10 other cars waiting. Within a few minutes, 5 more cars are waiting- without anyone getting their food brought out for a good 15 + mins (after I went inside). I waited 6 or 8 minutes, but I to be somewhere and didn't have time to wait as long as this was going to take. I drove around and went inside. The wamers were FULL of chicken, I was wondering how it could get so backed up. There was only 2 ppl inside waiting.
I nicely asked for a refund. I wasn't hateful or disrespectful. The lady helping me was nice, but I could hear the people in back making rude remarks. The lady said they were 'throwing' it together for me. After getting on the road and opening my grandson's food, she was right- it was throw together. I only ordered 2 boxes of tender meals and they looked like they'd been shaken upside-down. They were mixed up, and my extra mashed potatoes were Missing. My 4-yr-old grandson had to eat his mashed potatoes with his FINGERS 🙄🤦. Do managers not teach integrity...
Read moreGentleman at the register was friendly (Elijah, if I recall correctly) and the food was in fact tasty.. That being said operations are a trainwreck. Waited over half an hour for 2 sandwiches and some popcorn chicken. There was a constant stream of folks coming inside from drive-thru waiting upset about their wait time. There seemed to be no managerial support or labor support coming from the MOD/GM. Everyone seemed... lost... when it came to remediation. I do not have a long track record with food service, but I did put in my time when I was younger. There is either a lack of guidance or a lack of training at that facility. If wait times are between 30 minutes and an hour that should be CLEARLY stated to ordering customers. I hope that they get their problems worked out. I fear if they do not it will...
