I don’t recommend for super young kids, as i was pretty tired having to walk up so many stairs and some parts were super slippery due to the rain and water, but super pretty view and great for hiking.

Yay! Go before noon to beat foot traffic. It’s very calming and kid friendly. My nephew and niece are ages 3 and 5 and they finished old man’s cave loop. I visited Lower Waterfall and loved the hike down! The waterfall was gently trickling into a pool below where I saw kids having a blast playing in the water. It was a really sweet touch seeing them enjoy themselves in such a beautiful spot. I will be bringing my own kids here, one day.
