OVERPRICED greedy business.. Here are some facts based on publicly available information: Less than 1/8 of their profits actually go to their job-related 'charity,' programs that they market agressively. They don't pay their workers a fair wage. They pay disabled staff even less. They are tax exempt, recieve grants AND were forgiven millions of dollars in PPE loans. Goodwill pays it's ceo over $700k PER YEAR. Not to mention everything they sell, they get FOR FREE. This location exemplifies everything that is wrong with this company. The prices are ridiculous. Anything that looks brand-name even in awful condition is $20-30. Bargain bins are gone. I saw a used, sauce-stained container for $8. Absolutely absurd and despicable. This place is supposed to be a non-profit and serve low-income folks in our community. It's cheaper to buy new fast fashion. Wasteful, greedy and totally unacceptable. Do better Goodwill. UPDATE: Went back yesterday and found SINGLE, USED Tupperware marked at $3-4 EACH. Took a photo so everyone can see how ridiculous this place has gotten. I frequently see items for sale at prices that are HIGHER than they were when bought new. Despicable. I wonder how much they throw away now that they don't have bins..

This Goodwill store offers clean items that are fairly priced and restroom facilities that are immaculate. Plan on spending some time here because of the size of the store and quantity of product. Additionally, this location houses an outlet in which items are charged by the pound and appears to be a favorite way to shop for many thrifters and resellers. Digging through these large bins of miscellaneous items and clothing, looking for that special something, can be a lot of fun. This is a very nice Goodwill store and Victoria, at checkout, is fabulous.

Absolutely Never again. $6.99 for a used shirt when Target, Walmart, Old Navy all sell BRAND new for less and allow returns. Goodwill has lost its appeal for "cheap options" and lost their minds. When you throw things on racks and have a dirty store with slow staff what's the reason for the prices? Customer service is non existent. We were on vacation and used this store in a pinch... Never again👎🏻

Great prices and many new items were in the store the night we visited. Not many men's winter coats and a bit disappointed at the extremely small number of casual coats less than 15 in men's area. They had many Christmas decorations also that were nice. Women's casual winter coats in sz LG up very few casual coats, had wool like long coats ir more fall coats. There was only 1 casual semi Warm winter coat in LG and Xl didn't even see any heavy coats which is what I went into the store for so if in need of a heavy winter coat I suggest trying another store for men and women. I would have thought they'd have more and 2-3 years ago they had tons winter coats but not this year so if you make donations and I always give back to the stores I buy stuff from coats are needed. There was a large selection of women's sweaters. They did not have a lot of dresses but you could find one I'm sure if in desperate need. Men's suits for $10-15 you can't beat if you need a suit in a hurry. My ex husband has bought several suits for himself and our both son's when we did not want to go buy a new suit for a last minute event like a funeral we got nice suits here. They do have women's shoes and boots, not many but if in need of a pr of shoes you could probably find a pr here in a pinch to fit you. Winter snow boots for women they didn't have any, there were a few pr for kids but only 2-4 pr I saw. A nice selection of home goods and in good condition. I did not get over to the furniture section but my ex husband has gotten some good deals there on computer chairs and other chairs and small shelves for bathroom. The furniture section is a very large area on the other side of clothing. There are not many staff, on a Saturday night 7-730 pm I only saw one woman. I had a question and there was no one at register for over 5 mins nor could I see anyone who looked like a employee in the store area and figured whoever had to be in the back which I felt unacceptable. There should always be one visible staff member in the store or register area. They do have fitting rooms you can let self into if you can't find a employee to ask. There also is no mirrors except in the dressing room Which I found very inconvenient when all I wanted to know was how a coat looked on me. The dressing rooms I had difficulty figuring out where they were because they have clothing hung up above the dressing room doors but there are at least 4 to 5 rooms to try on items. There is clothing racks also between dressing room doors n racks in front of you so it's a very congested and cluttered area to the left and half way back if the store. Not having big bags was also a issue the store had, they only had small bags and even the employee said how ridiculous it was they did not have proper Size large bags this time of year when ppl were buying more or even a winter coat did not easily fit into the bags they had, would...

One star, and only because Google won't allow zero star ratings.

First, I need to report on the utterly unprofessional & rude behavior of the employees.

Most egregiously, the man who appears to be the manager (named Mike Hunt) is consistently rude & surly. He needs to learn public relations, manners, and to control the P. A. system. Often the announcements and/or music are startlingly, unnecessarily loud.

Once, when the music was unbearably loud, I approached Mr. Hunt and asked if he would please turn it down because it was disturbing. He snarled at me that he had no control over the volume. When I said that the previous managers did, he nastily replied, "When you come in here, you take what you get!"

Goodwill corporate, is this OK with you?

The employees on the floor often crowd the customers, even reaching in front of us or bumping into us, without a word of apology. They should steer clear of shoppers as much as possible. But when they absolutely they need to be in our personal space, they need learn to say, "Excuse me," and "Sorry."

Overall, this Goodwill has gone downhill over the years. They have reorganized the entire store at least four times in the past five years, every time making things worse. It now has the look & feel of a junk shop in the old time Bowery.

The prices have repeatedly increased and the quality of the merchandise has decreased. They now actually have on the shelves dirty flower pots (which, aside from being shoddy can carry horticultural diseases) & weak plastic containers that someone's takeout food came that haven't been cleaned. Clothing often has stains, rips, or holes.

The clothing that was always poorly organized, is worse now. At least it used to be arranged by color and size. All too frequently many articles of men's clothing is in with women's. Same with different sizes & different categories, like shrts in with skirts or long pants, sleepwear in the workout clothing, etc.

(Speaking of sleepwear, please seperate the nightgowns from the pajamas. Many of us only wear one or the other. Why make us dig through all to find the only ones we will buy?)

A problem that was created long ago was the removal of the mirrors that used to stand at the ends of most rows. So often customers just need to hold an article of clothing in front of us and look in a mirror to see if it's even a good choice. Now, we have to go all the way over to the dressing rooms, of which there are far too few, and hope one is open. Just idiotic! Put back the mirrors!

And it's not that Goodwill stores can't overcome these issues. I suggest a visit to the Palmyra, PA, shop for...

Selection in here is extremely boring, and ran down. It is fairly obvious that nobody is buying anything #1 because the quality of merchandise is tattered and worn #2 its the same stuff that has been there for months #3 overpriced. The clothing racks are packed super tight with the same coats jackets and shirts that sit there for months with no public interest "You can barely sift through the racks" its so tight. Coffee pots have taken over the electronics section along with a vast array of other broken non functioning printers, outdated computer monitors, and dusty power cords that seem to go to nothing. A bunch of broken dry rotted tents or tarps have piled up in the sporting section along with helmets that seem to be melting from the inside. Cosmetics section is filled with half used bottles of lotion and shampoo. If you like worn out beat up shoes this is the place to go as that is about all they have. The toy section has been overrun with board games that are missing parts, and toys that are not even relevant to anything a kid would be into in the entire western world. The place is in shambles. Advice to manager and employees, just put the stuff out as the Goodwill corporation is not going to give you any super bonus other then a $25 gift...
