After ordering the two for $10 Whopper meal at the Drive-thru I proceeded to the window paid in cash and awaited my food. BK team member handed me one soda, took my cash, returned with my change then handed me my second drink. One drink a Coke Zero the other a Dr Pepper. Since both liquids are dark in color I asked which drink he handed me first. He asked what if anything was depressed on the lid, I replied, "other". He then looked at the second drink to notice other was also pressed. He then turned to a young lady at the soda machine asking which soda was which. She shrugged her shoulders and replied, "I do not know". I accepted this answer and said "I guess one of us will get the right drink", took the food bag and drove off. When I arrived home to unpack the bag I noticed only one whopper sandwich and called the store to report my findings. It was then I spoke with the Manager. I explained my order was incorrect and missing and entire sandwich. There was no apology. I was told if I wanted to return to the store he would supply the missing sandwich.
Imagine my surprise when I opened the wrapper of the whopper in the bag to find a double whopper with cheese no other condiments. It was clear this was not my order. I drive the 7 miles back to the store and called to speak with the Manager who instructed me to come over to the Drive-thru door to meet him. When I explained the sandwich in the bag was wrong too there was no apology but he said "so you need two whoppers"? I replied yes, stood outside waited for the order then was handed a bag with the two whopper sandwiches a small fry and small onion ring as I'd returned the sides.
I again made known my disappointment by pointing out the errors and there was not one ounce of empathy or compassion shown or expressed for my having to endure these errors and take time going back and forth to...
Read moreOh Lord Jesus, forgive me for this, but I have to do this.
Well, where do I begin? Oh, let me start off by saying this: I am NOT going to be kind here, just a warning.
Okay, so I wanted to get some lunch, so I decided to get Burger King. I ordered fries, nuggets, and a chocolate shake. It was normal until the lady said that their machine wasn't working correctly. I still got the shake anyway, and it had the consistency of chocolate milk. Which, I find funny considering I ordered a shake. Also, how does the machine not work. Burger King, you guys are a multi-billion dollar company and your shake machine won't work?
I have another story for you, and this takes place a few months ago, it is not as bad but still pretty bad.
I just got out of ACME, and decided to get some Burger King. I ordered my same fries, nuggets and chocolate shake as usual. Keep the word, "Chocolate" in mind. A lady came and said they only had vanilla shakes. I got it because I don't mind vanilla, but come on Burger King! You have VANILLA shakes but no CHOCOLATE? So yeah, I will never come back to this Burger King, but whatever, you've got billions of dollars so who cares right? Who cares about the countless other reviews complaining...
Read moreTruly a hit or miss. Its really inconsistent. This could have been a great burger king, because of its location and the fact that there is not a burger king near by. But man its always something, first of all you gotta pray you drive all the way there and the place is even open, yes you better call and make sure they don't have "technical issues" A.k.a. not enough employees to work the shift. And even on the drive thru, sometimes you get people that just want to make you wait for so long just to see if you leave, sometimes they will tell you they are closed and no reason why, when you know really well they just don't want to get your order. Sometimes they are open and you can get your food just to find out something is missing or is not even what you order and i can go on and on. At this point i keep going just to see what new thing im going to find. I think out of the many times i been here only once everything was perfect. But once you get a good service and...
