AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They opened a fraudulent account in my dad’s name using the information he provided when he was going to switch. He decided to not switch and they still added 4 lines in his name. This is not a corporate store so they aren’t held to the higher standards. The associates that were there when we were there admitted fault but then back pedaled. Said Scott has done this before and it seems like they all know about it. After going to a legit store they showed us who accessed the account and when. Said that the person who created the account hid it well. When we were at the Avondale location Eric the manager was called and was absolutely useless. The one employee switched to Spanish to speak on FaceTime to obviously hide what they were saying. When I asked for the names of the employees and an explanation John got an attitude with me.
