I reached out to a good friend of mine to ask him who he used as a jeweler for his wife’s ring. I’ve seen her ring before and it was magnificent. He raved about Michael and I took the 40 or so minute drive from Newington to begin the process.

Michael was absolutely amazing during the entire shopping and purchasing of the ring. His patience showed and he wanted to make sure the diamond I chose was exactly what I wanted and within my budget. Once I moved on to the setting I chose a spectacular Simon G setting. I told him that rose gold was a must, but not just any rose gold. The color could not be too orange or yellow. We discussed this with the manufacturer and he assured me the risk of getting it the exact color without dipping it was worth it.

Michael delivered BIG TIME. The ring is absolutely beautiful and my gf, now fiancé, is absolutely in love with it. It’s the dream ring she didn’t know she wanted.

Great service today. I’m getting divorced and simply could not get my ring off my finger. I took it into Michael and thankfully they were able to cut it off. He didn’t charge me anything for his service. He asked what I was going to do with it, and I really want nothing to do with that ring and I am so out of sorts that I just told him to toss it. He could have taken advantage of me in my spaceshot state and said that he would gladly throw it away for me. Of course it is platinum and has obvious value. Instead of taking advantage of me when I’m out of sorts, he offered to give me 150% of the value in store credit. 5 min later I was walking out with a beautiful $250 watch on my wrist that kinda felt like it was Free.
