Sushi Time — Restaurant in Longmeadow

OMG - we have found our go-to spot for sushi! We moved here from the west coast 2.5 years ago and have been looking ever since. The sushi is so fresh and beautifully presented by Master Sushi Chef, John and his team. Sonia, the restaurant manager, and he do a spectacular job of welcoming customers to the new establishment. We gave only 4 stars for service because our young waiter forgot to ask us about soup or salad, and those starter dishes were a bit slow to come out. That said, Sonia and John were quick to correct him, clearly training him for better service in the future. The atmosphere is lovely with music playing and comfortable chairs and tables, and the place is clean....

This is by far the BEST and freshest food in the area!!! I recently placed an online order for pickup, and the experience was fantastic! The online ordering system was easy to use, and my order was ready right on time when I arrived. The sushi was incredibly fresh, beautifully made, and full of flavor — just like dining in. The packaging was also impressive: everything was neatly packed, secure, and kept the sushi perfectly intact for the trip home. Everything we ordered exceeded my expectations. My fiancé and I frequent this restaurant due to the amazing service and the best food you could ever imagine. Every time we come, the food is fantastic. We have become regulars to the point that we are recognized and appreciated every time we come in. The owner is very attentive, kind, and caring. The chefs are incredibly talented and detail oriented. The food is well prepared, tastes good every time, and we have never had an issue!
