I have been very disappointed with the quality at the Longmeadow Starbucks. I just went into pick up a mobile order that my boyfriend placed. My beverage is a Venti White Chocolate Mocha No Whip and No Foam. The sticker clearly states all three of these requests. However, 99% of the time that I go in to pick up my order there is foam. I hate to waste the beverage so I have gotten to the point that I request more steamed milk and request to have the foam scrapped off rather than making an entirely new beverage. I made this request today. However the barista dumped out a quarter of my beverage and stated, "there is foam so I need to dump some out". Rather than the foam dumping into the sink my beverage did. The foam remained in the cup. She then steamed milk and took the foam off the top with the spoon as I had previously requested. Now my beverage tastes like milk rather than white mocha. There is not even a hint of espresso flavor either. I have complained in this store and it continues to be an issue. I am going to have to drive elsewhere to purchase Starbucks from now on bc Longmeadow doesn't get it right! The only barista who does her job well there that I have...

I really like this location. Everyone has made an effort to know me by name and I feel totally comfy bringing my clients here. Of the thousands of times I've been there, which is about twice a day for years, only 4 wrong orders is a pretty good low number! The baristas are all so sweet and kind and the coffee, while pricey, is always awesome, and the folks are so nice, so this is why I keep coming back and why I keep bringing my clients here. It's always a good experience. Good folks, nice atmosphere, free WiFi (thank goodness) for when mine dies which is often, excellent drinks and awesome food. You can't get any better than...

WiFi was not the issue but it was not able to work anyway. The drink… I ordered a Venti Frappuccino and waited more than 15 minutes until I HAD TO APPROACH THE STAFF FOR MY DRINK. “Oh, we’re not able to make the Frappuccino.” Awful lack of communication!!! They could offer a mocha. I waited for over 5 minutes and the staff was just lazy — I was watching him carelessly forget the ice, the flavor and decided not putting enough milk in the container for the blender. AWFUL SERVICE.
