Sold me a bill of goods they knew was sour. Service is patchy liquid screen protector supposed to be the best on the market barely hit the corner of my phone and cracked the whole bottom 4 hours after I got the phone. Used ACP credit to get a display phone cancelled my unlimited service with hotspot for 5gs of data spotty service and no hotspot. They didn't tell me it would cancel my phone other service immediately. Had no time to recover my accounts. Phone takes forever to charge be ause it was a display phone I thought a got a good deal but should've just bought a phone on Ebay. Said I would buy accessories for the phone "deal" and I bought a battery pack for 30$ and headphones for 30$ spent 65$ & change within a few days the aux cord shot on the headphones and battery pack takes 2 HOURS to charge and doesn't even charge my phone ONCE. WITH A FULL CHARGE I GOT MY PHONE TO 30%. THEY JUST TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME WHEN THEY KNEW I REALLY NEEDED HELP. DO NOT GO HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE ACP AND DO NOT BUY ANY OF THEIR ACCESSORIES. They're all poorly made and overpriced products. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WHEN I THOUGHT I WAS DEALING WITH GODLY PPL. Read moreNormally when I've gone in I've had excellent service. Today was a different Girl, emphasis that she really had no idea on how to treat people so girl is more relevant than lady/woman. I showed up at 4:40 pm, 20 min till close. I know what time I entered because it was right after a phone call and I was just so glad when I walked in that there was still time. The girl that was working that day didn't even acknowledge me for 50 min. Yes, 50 min. before she even inquired as to why I was there. She was too busy trying to help a customer that was there before me. I'm fine with waiting in line, just wanted to get an upgrade on my phone on my only day off. Well insult to injury when this girl finally acknowledges me and I tell her I'm wanting to upgrade my phone she goes into they are closed and that's when I say I was here before close she actually argued with me. Said she 'looked at the clock when I walked in.' I did too, that's how I knew that I was there before close. And her final answer was they don't do activations after 5pm. As it is quite obvious they don't want my money anymore I'm changing carriers. And whomever you had in the office on 2/7/2016 is the final straw of why I'm leaving this...

I am sure a lot of you are like me. I’m heavily reliant on my phone, and use it more than I’d like to admit. I use lots of data, and my business is dependent on up time.
Until now, I had never considered Cricket because I thought the coverage wasn’t as good. If you don’t know, Cricket now uses AT&T towers and their unlimited data plan will save my family and I a lot of money every month without sacrificing quality or speed.
Walking into the store I was greeted by both Danielle and Stephanie with big smiles. You can tell they genuinely enjoy working there and have a great office culture. They answered all my questions, and told me about a new screen protector called zombie glass. Danielle proceeded to throw her phone into the air and had it land on the hard tile with no case 😳😳😳. I was shocked when it didn’t crack or shatter. I am used to those flimsy screens that break and look bad after a month or two. This seemed so much better!
