One out of three times, they carelessly over-scoop ingredients and fail to wrap the burrito 🌯 properly, even when the instruction — whether in-person or online — asks for “”light” on rice and beans for that very reason.
It is extremely unpleasant to unwrap a burrito that is dripping water all the over place, even though I never ask for the salsa or sour cream and near impossible to eat with hands 🙌 as the half of ingredients will just fall out of place: It often ends up looking as if I am eating a bowl of dog food being soaked in water.
A well-trained employee always tend to make sure they press down on the tortilla hard and quick, thus helping it stretch easily to wrap, not mention that they will also make sure that the aluminum foil is being tightly wrapped as well for the final touch as the warm-temperature of the burrito will help it stay wrapped.
What I don’t understand is not that I expect it to come out perfect all the time as I am sure some customers will ask for so many ingredients to be added such as, extra meats or avocado 🥑 , but if the person who happens to be preparing the food feels less confident about wrapping a burrito, the least he or she can do is to not put too much ingredients especially when the instruction kindly asks for less, in which it should’ve made the job easier.
I get frustrated watching them doing this in front of me when I am the only customer, in meaning they are...
Read moreBeen going to this location a little over a year and honestly never had issues but never been very happy just love me some Chipotle. My order and always my order a full portion of steak and half a portion of chicken. I was told I cannot do that! I asked how is it that I can’t do what I want on my bowl? So I went on a full debate with the gentleman. He then called over a manager and she agreed that I can’t order a potion and a half of protein. At this rate I’m upset I just want my food how I want. I told them I can have whatever I want on my bowl just charge me accordingly. They still insisted that I could not do it. The gentleman that served me originally had a funky attitude and that should’ve been my que to leave but again I love me some chipotle and I was very hungry. He didn’t listen when I asked for a little bit of beans and he decided to throw a full portion on there he then proceeded to take some of the beans off. I had to tell him to start over. This location has certainly seen there days with me. I can’t believe I had to walk out and go get food somewhere else. They could’ve handled this situation so many ways and they chose to tell me I can not have my...
Read moreGod I wish I could give a negative star review. How can you mess up bagging an order of 2 cheese quesadillas with a bag that has only 1 burrito? Do you not read the ticket orders before bagging the order? Apparently not. The young lady (who acted like she hates her job) hands me a burrito with a different persons name on it. When I told her that wasn’t my order—her attitude became even more unpleasant. She proceeds to snatch the sticker/label off of the bag with the burrito in it and swapped it with the bag that had been SITTING on the counter for 10 mins while I was waiting for my order. She seemed peeved when I asked about the sour cream ordered on the side. Look—I understand working in fast food service sucks, BUT the number one thing in the restaurant business is GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. This young lady does not even try to provide good customer service. No apology for the mix up, just snatched the sticker/tickets off each bag and swapped them. So, I get home, the food is cold. Overall the experience sucked. I will take my business elsewhere to another restaurant that will hopefully have better customer service—or at least the ability to apologize when its...
