East Texas Audio — Local services in Longview

I recently went into East Texas Audio to set up an appointment to have a stereo, front and back speakers put into my son's car for his 21st birthday. I was greeted by one of workers. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. His distributor nor ETA had the stereo I wanted in stock. The store did have the speakers. So we set the appointment two weeks out. The day before my appointment I received a call saying they (ETA) are having trouble finding the dash kit. Remember they've had 2 weeks to find one. After work I found one at Best Buy. So we are back on schedule. I'm so excited to surprise my son. The next day they installed the stereo but left the USB cord hanging out of the glove box. Only the front speakers were installed. I was told the back speakers couldn't be installed because a special adapter was needed (and guess what) it wasn't in stock. Remember they've had 2 weeks to order everything. This Saturday 4-10-21 will be a month and I still haven't received a call from they to let me know the "special" adapter is in. Thanks for ruining my surprise for my son's...

Horrible business. I’ve been on the waiting list a month . And each time of the day of my appointment. They’ve either moved me to another date or forgot we even spoke. And I still get moved to another date and then when the day finally came The dude asked me to be there at 9. I showed up 8 minutes late he had already gave my spot away.
