I didn't want to post this review have been battling with his because the gentleman here and the one lady are sooooo awesome and helpful but when I have been waiting too long with no response. Everyone told me to buy from them it is affordable and when it breaks down they will fix it. I went got a Samsung washer and dryer. My dryer broke called them they came picked it up and said they will get back to me. When calling to check on the dyer I keep getting the run around one lady says they do not know what's wrong and then the next call I am informed I have to pay $75 just for them to get the diagnostics as to what is wrong. Now my washer is out but with the experience I am having with the dryer I am afraid to give them my washer. Honestly if you can afford a couple more bucks just go to Best buy or Lowe's or something. I get this is old washer they fixed but to pay $1100 for the set just for it to break down whe n I could of got the set cheaper with a longer warranty.

You all never got a hold of me and when you just did on today you at first said that the number I ha e been communicating with was not a good number then said oh oh oh it is a good number. I have proof of every call and text. JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH THE OWENER WHO AT FIRST SAID SHE IS NOT TRYING TO ARGUE AND NEITHER WAS I THEN WE PROCEEDED THEN SHE SAID THIS DEAL TO FIX IT IS ONLY FOR TODAY AND MY CONTRACT HAS A STORGE FEE ON THERE WHICH MY CONTRACT DOES JOT. THEN SHE SAID SHE IS TIRED OF DEALING WITH THIS AND THE 3 MONTHS THEY CAN'T GET A HOLD WHICH IS INCORRECT. SO ONCE AGAIN IF YOU WANT TO BUY A WASHER AND DRYER SET THAT IS JUST TEMP AND YOU DO NOT EXPECT TO HAVE IT REPAIRES OR BETTER THAN THAT IF YOU WANT TO BE TALKED TO WITH THE TYPE OF RUDE AND DISRESPECT THAT THE OWNER HAS SHOWN GO RIGHT AHEAD BUT TRUST ME YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY WITHYOUR PRODUCT THEY WILL NOT FIX IT AND THE OWNER WILL TALK TO YOU WITH NO RESPECT AT ALL. LAWYER AND BETTER BUSINESS HUREAU WILL BE CONTACTED AND I STRONGKE ADVISE ANYONE WHO DOES NOT WANT THIS HEADACHE TO SHOP ELSE WHERE. My husband and I just moved to Gary from Salt Lake City with our 6 kids to a home we’ve spent the last few months renovating. About a month and a half ago we needed a second dryer for a different part of the house, and because we’ve spent so much money on moving our family so far and updating this home, we were trying to save some money and buy a used one at a reliable used appliance store. The closest one I could find online was an hour away in Longview. The people there said they didn’t have any available and suggested this business down the street . The price difference between a used dryer there and a new one at Lowe’s was only about $150, but since the lady was very nice to me and seemed reliable, I decided to take the chance to save that $150.

We didn’t get to start using it right away since that part of the house wasn’t completely finished for another couple of weeks. When we did use it, it wasn’t very often since it wasn’t our primary source. Last week it stopped working completely. My husband contacted the business yesterday and was told that we would have to bring it back in, an hour away, then we’d have to pay $60 for it to be diagnosed, and then pay for whatever repairs needed to be done. It’s only been about a month and half since we got it.

I’m disappointed because the owner and I talked for quite awhile and she seemed understanding of mine and my family’s situation and our limited options in regards to distance from our home, and our vulnerability to money spending, and she gave me reassurance that I was making a good choice by using her business to help us out. We could’ve had a brand new dryer delivered to our doorstep for the same price we might end up having to pay to have a working used dryer, on top of the fact that I’ll end up having made 3, 2-hour long trips to get it back. That’s if it is fixable. And if it is, who knows...

I happened to find this place by searching for used appliances online and noticed that Green Street Appliances has really good reviews and to be honest, I didn’t want to spend over $1200 on a new set that, according to ALL reviews, new machines are not good. As such, I went to a few places in the Longview area and from the minute I stepped foot into this store, i noticed how clean it was! One of the owners, Luz, came out to greet me and she did an excellent job of explaining everything to me and helped me pick out a wonderful Maytag set! I cannot wait to get these units delivered and start using them for years to come. I would strongly recommend you check them out....i believe it’s an obvious choice to buy used, all of these units are at risk of breaking but the older units are simply better made and clean your clothes better but IF it did break in a few years then considering it’s about 50% less expensive than new, I will just buy another set; as I would if a new set broke. I will surely be a repeat customer!!! Thank you for the GREAT customer...
