We have been a few times, and have been very happy every time. We have tried the wet burritos (an asada and a carnitas), birria tacos, asada and birria street tacos, and most recently the breakfast burritos (a birria and an asada). We loved the asada most of all the meats. I ordered quesabirria on DoorDash and I believe I got a birria pizza or a birria quesadilla instead but it wasn’t bad. I have tried birria all over Kelso, Longview and Castle Rock. This is probably the second best birria flavor around. I prefer a little more spice and lots more onion but overall not bad. The meat was extremely tender!
