I'm a dasher, and I waited 30+ minutes for an order that I watched the kitchen make items to 10 times over and send out to other customers. I had 4 people walk in, place an order, get their order, and then leave while they kept telling me over and over again, lying to my face, "we're working on it." The moment I stopped through and said who I was there for, I was told "we're working on that right now." Which was a lie. It wasn't even STARTED until 30 minutes later after I was already annoyed and mad and accused of throwing my phone when my friend who works there was asking to see who I was picking up for, and I was annoyed enough to give it a gentle toss onto the counter, because it was my friend and i didnt want to soind annoyed towards him. They then called the customer and looked back at me and said "the customer said that it was okay that it's taking this long," when she was messaging me and also very annoyed and furious that her food was taking 25 minutes longer than it should have. They then told me not to come back there tonight while one of the customers at the store said that I should leave a review and talk about how they trewated me. Wasted my time, lied to my face MULTIPLE times, treated me like trash, and then made me look like some horrendous monster that just chucked my phone at someone. Absolutely ZERO regards for my time, when I could've just canceled and left, but wanted THEIR customer to he satisfied. Idk her name, but it was blue haired wannabe manager that was treating me like trash. All I got was attitude when I should've had the order within 5 minutes and went about my day.

Read moreWith previous experience, I called in to speak with the GM about transferring to her location from the other side of the state. I was told she was out but they would take my name and number and would get back to me. A month went by, and crickets. Every time I tried to call, the phone was disconnected. After finally moving, I decided to try and give a another call. The call went through and the manager on duty gave me the worst attitude about the GM not being there, blah blah blah, and essentially trying to rush me off the phone as I’m trying to gather lore information on when to come in. I come in the next day and finally speak to the GM, she says she’s “understaffed”, and doesn’t have time to speak with me, to call at 2:30. I call, and coincidentally, the phone is once again disconnected. I try to follow up again, I’m told to call later, that I should be on boring the next day, but she’s busy and her assistant will help me out when I call later. I call, the assistant only asks for my name and number, and says the GM will call me the next day(again with this run around). Finally, the next day comes and I hear nothing, so I call; “oh sweetheart, I was gonna call at 2:30. If you don’t get a call by then, the position has been filled”. For someone who claims to be understaffed, that sure does seem like a whole lot of bullshit, especially for a new employee who already has experience, someone you wouldn’t have to train. Read moreFoods alright, but the service is horrible. Get this, Restaurants open, doors are unlocked, Website says their dine-in option is available. I walk inside and order on their digital menu pad since they almost never take orders at the counter. Complete my order and wait for 5-6 minutes, eventually an employee comes to the counter and tells me the lobby is closed. I tell them their door was unlocked but I then say "alright, can I at least pay for my order and wait outside?" They say that's fine so I go to fish for the 20 in my pocket when another employee comes up and says the lobby is closed again, I repeat the same thing I said to the first employee, "alright, can I at least pay for my order and wait outside?" and they reply in a rude tone, "Nope, Lobby is closed. You can't be in here."
All I'm going to say is that if your lobby is closed, that's fine. Lock the doors or even put up a time on the doors saying what time your lobby is open and closes. Worst service I've...
