Went to the first place I googled for IPad repair near me. Guy took less than a minute to tell me he couldn’t help me and it wasn’t worth the work. I was trying to get my Mom’s IPad to charge enough to transfer to a new one because she was worried she’d lose her pictures. Looked on google again and found Hamilton Repair Group. Called on a Friday 10 minutes before closing and was met with kindness and helpfulness. Brought it in on Saturday. Called back within an hour giving me an update. I told them I wanted the repair done. They were closed Sunday but called me Monday morning saying it was done. When I went to pick it up I was shown pictures and given data showing me repair and giving me info on the battery life and all sorts of data on what they did and my Mom’s iPads info. I’m very impressed and I will call them for any of my families needs in the future. I will also make sure I tell all of my friends, employees, and customers about them. I come from a place where your word and handshake mean everything and these people do work that I can trust and rely on. I hope you go to them for help because if you knew how much I needed their service to help my Mom you wouldn’t question it...

I found FixLab accidentally when I was looking for someone to fix the ECM computer for my car. None of the mechanics I called in SW Washington could help. The few places I found online were going to cost me $600+ and it would take 4-5 weeks to get it back.

The guys at FixLab were very friendly and professional. They weren’t sure if they could help with my cars computer but they were willing to try. It only took them 30 minutes and was a fraction of the cost as the online specialists. I took it home and my car started right up! I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience! The friendliness, efficiency and affordability were unmatched. I would highly recommend using FixLab for all your electronic needs.

I also asked them to replace a small piece on a burned out dryer circuit board. They were able to order the piece and fix it for me next day! I was about ready to take the dryer to the dump and sell the broken car! But these guys were able to help me keep my stuff running longer.

I have taken bothbmy laptop and ps5 to Fixlab and both times i was blown away with the quality and timely manner the work was done. My laptop display went out and they told me 2 days because they needed the components they did not have. It dont stop there, they continued to work on my laptop and put more time into it and found the part local so my laptop was an 8hour job and they cleaned it and got it back to me. I was shown the damage and talked to the whole time they had my laptop making sure the next step was what i wanted. I was so happy with the work i brought my ps5 in and they worked miracles on it and had it back to me working brandnew and cleaned.
