Purchased Speed queen washing machine a little over 1 year ago at Manly's, still very much under warranty, but not being honored. I now have to purchase a new machine! Cannot get Speed queen to return my calls, so I have now turned to Manly's, where I purchased the machine, for help resolving the issue. Zero help! Manly's advice, "Wait them out!" Can't wait someone out that will not return your call. I explained that the local Speed queen repairman will not return calls, nor follow speed queen protocol (according to the company) yet Manly's backed the position of the repairman. Saying, "He will get a laugh when I tell him what speed queen said." Very unprofessional and zero assistance! DO NOT EXPECT TO RECEIVE ANY HELP FROM MANLY'S...

Do not use Manly’s. They don’t honor their policy. We got extended warranty and they are not fixing my oven that I purchased from them. They are saying it’s the extended warranty people that I need to call. I’ve called the number they gave me and I’m just getting the run around.
