Arcare Lonoke — Local services in Lonoke

Horrible staff.....so rude. Made an appointment with my doctor. They called 30 minutes before my appointment and tried to reschedule because he was in another location that day. I had to see someone as my prescriptions ran out and they refused to fill them without an appointment. The Nurse Practitioner was horrible. She was rude and acted like she didn't want to be there. I will not see her again. The nurse was also apparently having a bad day as she was rude too. I tried my hardest to make her laugh and to lighten the mood but I was unsuccessful. I stress so bad going to ARCARE in Lonoke. I will be changing doctors yet again because the anxiety I experience going is NOT worth staying. I need a doctors office that makes me feel welcome and one that I trust...

Mrs Wendy is not a doctor. She doesn't know wat shes doing. She told my dad he had cancer and then had him wait 3mths for a appointment to find out for sure. Just to go there to be turned away without all the prescriptions she was supposed to give him to take for that appointment. She tells him to come in another time to come talk to her about other results and wait an hour in waiting room to find out shes not there. She forgets to send his medications to the pharmacy and has to go with out his inhaler and blood pressure medication. She's irresponsible. I don't recommend no one seeing her. Dr....

I've been coming to arcare for years I followed John from Hazen to Lonoke alot of people talk really bad about this place but the only complaint I have is with the front desk sometimes not all the time just sometimes. Wendy is sweet and caring and really tries go help you . John is friendly and honest I think many may take his honesty for rudeness but he really is a great guy ! We all have our opinions on people and places but I've never had a problem with these 2 providers only the front...
