06/13/2025 Ordered the chicken livers and a large drink. They were cooked well, flavorful and served hot . Good food, friendly service.

P a s t R e v I e w Brightly colored schemed restaurant that grabs your attention. The service today was friendly and efficient. Ordered a large order of livers, onion rings, and Cole slaw and a soda. Total spent was $12.98.

The food was cooked well, not overly fried was light and crispy and flavorful.

The amount of food received seems to be a good value for your money here.

🚩--------Atmosphere------

The atmosphere inside needs more to offer. The seating area seems to have been overlooked with the chairs still containing wrapping from the original packaging. This makes for an odd feeling. The soda machine seems to have a bit to much carbonation causing the drinks to have too much foam and overfill quickly ( This can be adjusted, doing so would save money)

The table have a random supply of condiments on n the tables leading to a seating dilemma on where to sit . (All tables need the same amount of condiments). This seems to create an area that gets over looked by staff. Leaving you witha feeling of over all cleanliness of other areas.

The lobby area l nfa has an odd smell , During my visit someone walked through the seating area spraying febreze Air freshener was like a mango scent. ( Odd smell for a restaurant.)

During my visit there was also two children seated / playing / being noisy in the lobby area , One of which kept coughing and coughing without covering his mouth. They appeared to have been children of one of the workers . This also created an in welcoming...

We had a horrible experience here! We were traveling and stopping for the night before going to the hotel. We seen the nice yellow building and thought it would be a great place to eat.... but we were wrong!

Ordering was difficult as there was a language barrier between us and the employee....the other employees were standing around and seen we were struggling.

I ordered meals for our whole family - a family of 6. After 30 minutes of waiting and the little ones starving we finally got our food.

Our sons burger was made wrong and they had to remake it- he wanted a cheeseburger plain and he got one all the way.

All of our food was majorly over cooked and my husband and older son were spitting out their food in napkins. We couldn't eat the food, it just wasn't edible.

I went and asked for the manager, which happened to be the one taking our order that we had a language barrier with and he told me he would refund our dinner but low and behold the pending charge went through and no refund.

I have now filed a dispute with my debit card and am hoping to get our money back for food that we never even ate.

I know they have just opened but follow through with what you say you are going to do when you make a mistake and don't have your employees just standing around doing nothing while customers are...

I have eaten here twice so far since opening. Service is good. I can tell that the employees are still going through training and learning the system but they are very apologetic and accommodating when something goes wrong, which is appreciated. Drive thru is always packed so hopefully as the days go on they will get faster with drive thru.

Food is fresh and hot and delicious! I’m from Chicago so I am glad to have Sharks here in Lonoke. I encourage everyone if you don’t want too much salt to let them know no Lemon pepper or ask for it on the side. That is one seasoning that can make a dish too salty. But still the flavoring of the food is great!

Hopefully as time goes on the flow of things will be smoother and the wait times will go down.

I will definitely be back based on the good food. I don’t have a problem waiting...
