We’ll store in lonoke Arkansas not so friendly to veteran with ptsd Monday July 10 at store in lonoke Arkansas store manager Michele Reed Started yelling at a veteran until he started yelling back at her to get out of the one arms distance safety zone followed him all the way to check out then followed him to his truck on way with four other males . Now I called to talks about this today and asked for manger I let a lady know I am a veteran and ask why would u treat a veteran this way . Then I started to get yelled and cussed out with lady saying not another one of those guys as us veterans then I was told veteran Monday deserved it it’s all on camera he is getting comming to him then then I was hung up on .

Well veteran was told by corporate videos were a lack off due to a storm That did damage on the store my question is which employee is lyeing .

I did call back after getting hung up on and got ahold of the assistant manager this lady was off the day things went down but I really wish she was she was very professional for both parties and said that is a corporate issue . She listen to my concerns as being a veteran my self of comming to this store again in my future as a Marine veteran With tbi my self and having two service dogs it’s easy for us to be startled period . I am afraid to come to this store now with the leadership of Michelle Reed After being cussed out and hung up u def see the leadership ...

We bought a tiller and the first use it didn't work. Called Atwoods in Lonoke, AR to ask when I could bring it back to return or exchange it for another one, it had been only 2 weeks since we had it, and they said they don't accept returns or exchanges. The tiller was $400 and we bought a warranty for it thank goodness! They said the only thing that could be done was take it to a place to be fixed. They didn't take any responsibility for the product they sell. They didn't even honor the 30 day after purchase. It's not fair that you buy something expensive but new with a lot of effort to not have to deal with this kind of issues, it's almost like we bought it used because the place where we took it to be checked said that has so many things wrong with it that it basically needs a new engine!!!!!! Not even 1 use and the store didn't do anything about it, all they said it's their policy to not accept anything back, well, that only tells me they know that their products are so defective that they only take your money and if you don't buy the warranty you lost all your money. A lot of people like us have to work hard for money and it's not fair that stores take advantage of consumers. This place it's only good to get feed or some plants, but DO NOT BUY ELECTRIC STUFF...

I have a water leak in the yard and I don't have a shovel. I'm not able to afford to spend a lot of money on a shovel because I have to get the picture of what I really need to fix the leak. So I have a idea since I know that the water leak in the ground isn't that deep so I can get a small garden shovel because it was only a couple of bucks and just right for the job. While I was there and it was only a little bit further than the only hardware store in Lonoke and I was hoping for about a quarter of the price. Anyway I was surprised that they did have everything I might have to have to get my leak fixed. After a little bit of time I could see the leak and I knew that I was going to be able to get the parts that I would need to fix it and I went back and got the parts that day. I'm glad it was only a few dollars for the parts because of the price for things have gotten rediculas and I'm not able to do anything about it and I don't know what I would do if I had to pay someone to do it. A plumber is not a option for me. So I don't have a issue with anyone I don't think I should go any farther away from the subject of, I'm glad Attwoods was there and I didn't have to go to the other side of a different town to get the parts...
