Dollar Tree — Local services in Lonoke

I was there shopping not to long ago and seen one of the female employees come out of the bathroom with a man could not confirm what they were doing but it would be something I would say was a very unpleasant , and inappropriate situation . And word in town is there's what we adults would call inappropriate things talking place in the store before and after hours if I were a district manager or higher up I might look into it . Could just be some false gossip though . All the Females that work at the store are usually very sweet ! Current manager Mary l has been having sexual relations with 1 or 2 of her employees she has been seen going to the back room with certain employees and not returning for long periods leaving a single employee to run the register and store while there being inappropriate , the have been seen going out to said persons vehical and hanging out and also driving off the property together , also pulling mangers vehical behind the store , also manager has been seen leaving the store and hanging out in some of the surrounding stores including the Lonoke Tire and lube shoe , Atwood's , and hibbet sports , also have heard from previous and also a current female employee has a couple times been in financial need and has been harrowed store money with a demand that it must be paid back the very next day , I think the district manager should really think about taking a look at this very soon or I personally will be going above that person in order to make sure this things are looked into and proven true will be handled . Hopefully Dollar trees don't all allow all this lack of accountability and employee misconduct this is absolutely a disgrace that things are allowed to go on within a so called perfessional retail...

Last night we stood in line to check out along with 10-12 others. Only one register was open. Only a 'manager' and a 19 year old girl that had only been there two weeks was in the store. Poor girl was doing the best she could and deserves kudos. Manger saw how backed up the line was and several asked him if there was any other cashiers...his reply no. This was crazy that a so called manager can't help with a register when there is a line like that! Also it appears this could be a potential liability to have only a 19 year old girl and a male 'manager' in the store alone.... I'd think you'd always need 3 at the very least. An awful experience!
