my experiences here have not always been the best, ive been basically called crazy. ive had my fair share of very rude nurses from here all except Dr Ebony. the last time i went there for myself(this was about a month and a half ago) i had been throwing up stomach acid all day and my heart felt like it was beating very fast, i couldnt even keep water down. i had two nurses see me. one was very nice and understanding she had blonde hair very nice, the other one not so much, i think her name was Dr. Cougar, she was one of the rudest DR I ever had. when the nice one left Cougar got in my face and said “sweetie, what are you doing thid for?, why are you acting this way when nothings wrong” first off why would i come here if I didnt believe nothing was wrong, i looked awful. she said there wasnt anything wrong on the ekg. they gave me two med cocktails and threw them up so they had to call an ambulance for me. after they were called my nana got called back so she can know whats going on, Dr. Cougar had a different expression on her face and was nice all of the sudden. i was at the ER for 5 hours of bad dehydration. then yesterday my mom has been experiencing things and she went and had the exact same woman. gaslit her saying again “nothings wrong” i get yall can only do a certain amount of tests but thats no excuse to tell people “oh idk whats wrong youre crazy”. instead maybe suggest them to go to the hospital send an ambulance, for some place with “care” in the name there isnt much of that...

If I could leave no stars I would. A few weeks ago me and my mom were headed back from little rock her chest was hurting really bad. Urgent care was closer than the hospital so we stopped there. She had been seen there in the past. The assistant took us back in the room where they do blood pressure and said we have new computers and have no medical history on you. My mom said I don't have a history of heart problems. The assistant said let me talk to the doctor. She came back and said without a medical history we can't see you. My mom said I guess I should have just went home the assistant said probably so. I asked so you don't have an ekg machine to which she replied it's been broke a month and a half. The doctor could have atleast seen what kind of symptoms she was having she didn't even come in the room. They didn't advise us to go to the er. Didn't take her blood pressure nothing. That is beyond ridiculous. The doctor's name that was listed on the board when you come in the door was Michelle the assistant wasn't wearing a name tag that...

This clinic is a joke my wife's ankles swelled up for two weeks and we took here up there they done some blood work didn't find anything wrong and stopped looking for the problem. We went back a week later and they told her she was retaining fluid but they don't know why and won't give her any medicine and won't give her a referral to see anyone who knows. They they also lied to her 5 days ago and told her they would give her the referral and then told us that the reason they haven't sent it is because they won't send a referral for second opinions so we'll have to change her pcp. If that's the case why didn't they say that 5 days ago and maybe she could have been better by now .. so we are changing pcp and she is not going to go Bach there anymore. The place is trash their doctors are not knowledgeable about anything other than a covid test or flue shot go to Baptist...
