When your car starts vibrating and warning lights start flashing in the middle of nowhere and Lordsburg is your next exit, what do you do? You pull over and start googling "mechanic."

At least that's what I did. Now I'm not going to lie. When I pulled up I was dubious. I wasn't even sure it was open, and the lot was filled with cars and trucks in all states of disrepair. But I did what had to be done -- I got out of my car and went into the little office with hope and prayer, and boy am I glad I did!

Victor and his wife were amazing - meaning friendly, helpful, honest, thorough. Victor and Zariah had the equipment to get the codes to diagnose the problem, and dropped what they were doing to help us figure it out. Victor was downright innovative in confirming he had truly identified the problem. Before suggesting a part and a fix that may or may not fix the problem for the rest of our trip (we were driving from El Paso to Los Angeles along with our two dogs) he reasoned that if it was indeed a failing engine coil, he should be able to swap the bad one with a the good one and duplicate the problem. It worked! Only then did they help us shop for and find the part we needed that could get us on our way. Lucky for us, one was available in town.

They literally spent hours with us, never asking for a penny for the time it took to figure out the problem in the first place. And the fix was so easy, he almost let us go without paying. (This was completely unacceptable to us, so we guessed at a fair compensation for their time and Victor graciously accepted). They are so kind, helpful and empathetic. I wish I could take all my cars to them!

If I ever drive through again, I'll stop and say hello.

Just wanted to say this place is awesome, I ended up breaking down coming from Tucson AZ, heading to Carlsbad NM, and being stranded in lordsburg with all shops closed, I ended up calling the number to All Makes Automotive during after hours and was surprised to hear someone pick up, I explained my situation to Victor, and he sounded truly concerned, and asked for some info about my vehicle so he could run into town and grab some parts, and without knowing or even meeting me he was offering any kind of help, and even offered to come give me a ride to a hotel, the next morning I headed to the shop, Victor arrived with some parts and knowing that I have had a long night he brought me some lunch, himself and his wife made me feel like I was there visiting family, while his team lined out my vehicle I felt very comfortable that it was getting done right and they weren't trying to just get me out the door, like some guy passing by, so thank you again to Victor and the team of All Makes Automotive, it's nice to know that there are still mechanics out there that actually look out for the customer and not for the possible paycheck they might be able to squeeze out of some one in a bind, so if you have any car issues .... call All Makes Automotive, they will make you feel...

I broke down in Lordsburg driving from El Paso to Tucson. The locals immediately referred me to Victor at All Makes Automotive. After a few hours arguing with my insurance and roadside assistance (absolutely no help at all) I decided to call him. Victor was there within 5 minutes and towed me to his shop free of charge. Once at his shop I immediately felt at ease and like I was in good hands. Victor didn’t have the part I needed but one of his shop hands went to his house and sourced the part I needed! Victor literally had the part and replaced it in less than a hour after I was towed to the shop. While waiting I was very comfortable in the air conditioned office and was even offered cold water and popsicles! All Makes Automotive is a family business and was more affordable to support them than other options I had at the time like getting a tow and new part and labor etc etc etc. Victor and his team turned my desperate situation into an absolute miracle. I got back on the road and made it safely to Tucson with no issue at all. Victor even offered to have me call him if I run into any other issues while in Tucson as he has family connections. I feel very safe and secure knowing if anything happens I can call on Victor and he’ll get the job done. SUPPORT ALL MAKES...
