Extremely grateful for the kindness and generosity of the owners’ and owners’ parents. My tire blew out on my way to Phoenix and I was terrified. Some very kind highway workers escorted me to LNZ Western Auto. The owners’ parents allowed me to wait inside the shop while my dad drove up with a new tire (2+ hours). They helped me calm down, gave me water and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. My tire was replaced with excellent care and in a very efficient manner. Everyone was respectful and so so kind. The owner also comforted me and sent me home with a very thoughtful gift bag. So grateful for the generosity and compassion. Definitely recommend LNZ...

I will never forget my experience here. 5 years ago, my wife and I were moving across country to California. We were passing though New Mexico on a Father's Day Sunday. My car tire blew out near the Wilna rest area. My wife and I were driving separately, so we rode into Lordsburg hoping to find an open business to help. Sure enough, we stumbled upon this shop. A man, who I assumed was the owner, happened to be there picking up something for home. He was very nice and super helpful. He had one tire left that fit my car, and had us on our way in a jiffy. 5 star service for sure!!! My 19 yr old daughter was traveling thru Lordsburg when her low tire pressure light turned on (2020 Honda Civic) she proceeded to check it out at a gas station when a gentleman offered to help but advised that the tires “should be at 50” & proceeded to over inflate all 4 tires… I immediately told my daughter I thought that he had put too much air… I proceeded to call & explain my situation to the gentleman @ Western Auto & he said send her over & I’ll help her out… Upon arrival not only did he confirm what I thought had happened (over inflated) but proceeded to set all tires accordingly!!!
