I randomly called Pyramid on Good Friday. Friends where bringing my camper from Dallas TX. On one of the lovely potholes BOTH leafe speings broke. We didn't know it. Called and Brandon answered. I told him where my guys where. He referred us to another shop closer to where my guys where. Being a holiday that shop was unable to assist us. At about the time my guys rolled into Lordsburg Brandon called to see how my guys where doing. I told him where my guys where. He said I'm 5 min away go to my shop. Chris and his crew got under my camper and discovered the broken springs. We didn't know that was the issue until they looked. Brandon took my camper to his secure kot. Locked it up and we decided to wait till the following Thursday to discuss options. When I got the call from another Chris that works there he had a quote and a time frame for me. I wasn't in a rush so the following Monday hecalled. It was done. Not only was it done IT WAS $100 CHEAPER THAN QUOTED! Who does that? On Tuesday I drove the 100miles to Lordsburg, Chris gave us suggestions for where to have breakfast and cheapest gas. THEN he offered to assist hooking up my camper! Worst place to call when in need of roadside assistance! These people are thieves they will charge you an arm and a leg and if you don’t agree they’ll threaten, harass and insult you. Should have read the negative comments of their horrible work practices before I even dared calling them!!!

Update- you forgot to mention no one authorized you to work on my truck!! Luckily for you I have texts and calls were being recorded. You weren’t able to give an estimate why would I want you to work on my truck?? Your worker shows up without notice to driver and starts pulling everything off!!! I called you and asked who authorized you I already had Loves coming to see my truck you start saying loves is going to charge me more and threaten me you became enraged insulting and hung up on me!!! Took 4 days to replace 2 Brake chambers. I lost my $6000.00 load. Another driver was sent over to pick up the load because of incompetent mechanic working on truck. This mechanic cut the brake chambers hoses from the 2 brake chambers including my ABS lines which Now the ABS lights with the code appears on my dash board. I will not wait for these people to work on the mistakes they made by cutting my ABS lines on my 2019 Kenworrh truck. This incompetent mechanic will definitely ruin my truck more. STAY AWAY FROM THESE INCOMPETENT MECHANICS. $500 plus for the first day of road call service charge from me and $6000 loss of my load and possible termination of contract by my broker wich will be a tremendous loss for me that can be put myself and my company out...
