Burger King — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I went into the drive thru today and ordered a burger and chicken fries and their was a piece missing off my burger, plus the bread was stale because the whole bread broke apart. The burger looked so disgusting, I couldnt even eat it. Im 6 months pregnant and also this time the lady put too much salt on my large fries. Way too much to where I couldnt even eat it. Also when I bit the chicken fries it was very stale and cold. Im very surprisingly shocked about this. I even went back and confronted the employees about this and they couldnt refund me or even make me a new meal of what I ordered. And the lady had an attitude and didnt want to give me her name. I felt very disrespected and had to go to another food place to get food for myself. I didnt feel the need to "EXAMINE" my food before I left because I expected my order to be fresh and well prepared and plus I had to drive home. But I guess now I have to examine my food before I leave the drive through.. It shouldn't have to be like that because that causes a bad reputation for your company. But I will never be going to this Burger King again, this was the worst experience that...

If I could give it lower then 1 it would be a -5 and more, just spent about $50 on food, we were rushed at the drive thru, let alone about 5 different employees or voices came over the intercom and our order came all screwed up and to correct our order they wanted to charge us more for the fact they didn’t hear what we were ordering because too many people taking one order, get to the window and we are asking if we can get our order corrected because of their incompetence of being able to take an order right, so to get our order corrected the wanted to charge us more and ta the same time we asked for extra ranch and bbq sauce the one employee puts it in the container and as the other is arguing with us about charging us for a correction on our order she rudely turns away and then says “we’ll what else are you waiting for” we said the sauce in the container that she put in... gave to us with an attitude like she didn’t want to be there....worst service ever...

DO NOT COME HERE! If I can give this place a 0 I would. I never in my life left a bad review because I just feel like it’s a waste of time. Although, the employees here are just playing around since they forgot half of my order on UberEats. Thank God Uber Eats took care of the issue. However, I ordered the jumbo chicken fries for $10. The food was hard as hell and cold (yes I know ordering on ubereats it can get a little cold) but all the food was dry. I worked at McDonalds so I know how the fast food industry is & when you leave food sitting there for an hour it gets dry.
