Rather a bitter experience always surprises unpleasantly, this time I decided to convert to it instead of visiting my loved place O'Reily's on Avalon. That's happened because this time I'd like to cut off some road, totally down the drain must say! Will never do that again. AutoZone failed down in my as a Customer's eyes. A tall guy in grey uniform shirt looking like latino came out from counter very reluctantly thus if he just made a great favor to me! Okay I swallowed that, because everyone has their own moods. But he not only wasn't even any helpful, on the contrary he definitely treated me in not hidden despise, looking forward when I'll leave the shop! Then I asked him for a small advice if they've ever got any socket with a certain size with a star gripple to use with a worn out screw nut, he retorted roughly they've got nothing of that sort and made a fool of me enforcing me begging him for help with my problem however this is his duty to help dear Customer's out in a shop! No I would not recommend this...

I had an emergency am I contacted information in settings auto zone closes at 10:00 p.m. so I knew I had time to get there before 10:00 p.m. I got there at 9: 40 pm 20 minutes before closing But when I got there the stowes already close they were mopping up cleaning the store I asked security was going on doesn't close to 10 he said yes but they're cleaning up show that close now I don't understand how they works if a store post it closes at 10 then the door should remain open until 10:00 p.m. I will never ever go to the store again and I would advise you not to as well And it might be some racism going on a the guy wouldn't open the door to talk to me but another individual comes up the same nationality any he opens the door and talk to him ! don't go to the store it is not worth your time and i have pictures to prove what It !...

This is the most unprofessional and unwelcoming autozone I have ever visited . Your workers are not helpful at all , just because you work in south la doesn’t mean you have to treat people in south la like ignorant people. I wasn’t able to write down the name of the person that had assisted me because I I was so disappointed and unsatisfied with the poor working skills . Management should really look into the individuals they choose fit for the job. As a customer or just a individual who needs help their should always be someone on the floor with the knowledge to help another individual with any questions or suggestions...
