7-Eleven — Local services in Los Angeles

I was trying to buy something for me and my sister (we are in middle school)and I was very confused with my money because most of it was coins. And the cashier that works on Thursday, it’s a guy he was disrespectful and I was hoping that he would help me because again it was mostly coins and I was trying to hurry. He said the price was 7.28 and i had two gummies and a bag of chips and I told him to take one of the gummies off and I asked for the price again . And he started to confuse me even more and he said the price was 7.28 again. So I get very confused and frustrated and he started to roll his eyes so I started to get embarrassed and emotional and I nearly cried because I don’t like when people get frustrated with me so I say never mind and I leave and start crying outside. And I was very kind to him and I didn’t raise my voice or anything! I came here before and the lady that served me was very rude a just like the guy! This place has horrible customer service even if you are kind and I will not be...

Sign on door said “no card working system down” ok. Minor inconvenience but I had cash. Was only come in for a drink but I see the promotion in the wall. Big gulp, chips and 2 roller items for $5. After picking out my items I head to the chastise. He rings me up to 7 something. I asked about the $5 deal and he said I would have to put my rewards in which I tried but the system was down. He push some buttons and it lowered a few cents. Still not to where the price is supposed to be. He says I need my rewards which again I can’t since their system is down. Why should I the customer pay a sort of tax for their system not working. He could have easily override to give me the correct price. I’m sure this is false advertisement and will be reporting to the better...

Make sure to always count your change. They tried to short me $10. I gave a $50 bill to pay for a soda and some chips, and he handed me my change with the expectation that I would just walk out. He didn't offer me my receipt as they usually do. So thank God I stopped and counted my money, and asked for my receipt. All he did was laugh and say "oh." You'll do better going to the 7-Eleven on Crenshaw and 43rd. No telling he many people they've stolen...
