Definitely need to work on customer service I haven't been here in like a year went in today when I say my bud tender was already mad before I walked up not sure if the customer before me made her mad but she was upset she gave me a total on my item with fees we run my card it doesn't work mind you this what I used all the time when I was a regular so I understand how the debt works with them anyway she give another price it's wrong again now her face is showingmad she is but like she is the one telling how much it would be with fees so I move the money to pay it's wrong again her being mad was as clear day so much that her co worker had to step in from the other side to help she let me know what the price should be at that point she pissed me off but I stayed chill I went to ATM grab cash and just left didn't even go back in I recommend a shop a block or so away a little pricey but worth it to not have to deal with people personal problems crazy I literally stop coming to them due this other lady that was tripping and its a totally different lady the cold part is this same lady from today has always been laid back and chill in the past but like I said haven't been there in a year or more but definitely turned me off the way she way acting so I left they always been good to me but today was...

Came here today and was asked to leave by the security because I wasn't wearing a face mask underneath my face shield. That is ridiculous, a face shield protects my eyes and prevents the spread of germs if I sneeze or cough without irritating the skin on my face. It is actually more protective than a cloth face mask. I come here often and spend a lot of money here. I need a manager or the owner to make this right with me or LA Cannabis Co will no longer have my business or my friends business. I also will continue to post bad reviews on all social media or platforms so people can be aware of how they treat their loyal customers if this is not rectified soon.

This is definitely my go-to shop, the guys in the back are always in a good mood, they always give u good selections, i feel like they know me now, and know what I like.
