Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in Los Angeles

This is my third time at this location and always ended up with the same disappointed experience. The staff is rude acts like they are doing you a favor by taking your money and business. There is an older African American lady who always since to be having a bad day. Last time I was there she got upset because I made her go back to the same tray and gave me a couple more of the same doughnuts I had choosen before. I'm sorry I was not aware that walking 2 extra steps was going to be such a big deal. Today I asked to use the restroom after I had spent money at this business, they refused to let me use it and told me to use the portable restrooms outside. I do understand not to let everybody that comes in, use it,but if you are spending money at their location they should let you use the one inside their facility. The same lady again with the same nasty attitude, said no. She should at least be apologetic and offer some kind of excuse, but no, she was just plain rude. A lot of times is not what is said is how is said. I hope the owner spends a little time and money in training his/her staff in basic customer service other than that they will continue loosing business like mine,because I'm not coming back. Rude and unhelpful staffs. Made me waste an extra 30 - 40 mins for an app order I placed with the first order offer of a dozen glazed doughnuts. The cashier could've just canceled the order on the spot at the window and had me to scan the barcode for the order, instead the cashierS hurried me to pull forward to clear out of the drive thru and deal with it on the app, and then come back through the drive thru, twice. It's your problem if you act like you never even heard of the legit offer from your official app. Plus they got antagonizing pretty quickly without even attempting to listen to my explainations, acting impatient at the first hint of me stammering, to start treating me like a total foreigner, probably largely due to the fact that I'm Asian, which made me feel I was instantly racially profiled, then discriminated against. By the third time I was going around the drive thru I already had lost my appetite and almost felt certain they'd do something to my coffee and doughnuts. Krispy Kreme donuts are fabulous, especially when they are hot. It's like they melt on you mouth. Excuse me if I sound like a glutton.

This Krispy Kreme Iocated on the corner of Crenshaw and Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. Adjacent from the Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Mall. Plenty of parking and they also have a drive thru.

The employees always take care of me and my kids. They always give my babies a free hot glaze donut. My order always correct. Sometimes tgey advise me on how to save money by pointing out the combos.

This location has a limited Coffee Bean menu also. So you are getting good quality coffee with your donuts. My white chocolate latte is always delicious.

Inside you can actually see the hot glaze donuts being made. It awesome. My kids sometimes point out the one that didn't turn over,so the worker can get them. Very cool and interesting to watch and it never gets old.
