It was supposed to be a special day for my fiance and I at Santa Monica – this is our very first professional photoshoot. But unfortunately, the photographer we initially hired, Simone, did not communicate with us in a professionally appropriate manner, no longer engaged with our requests and ultimately failed to appear at the prearranged event.

The Snappr team proved to be incredibly accommodating by assisting us in our search for a photographer with promptness. Anna wholeheartedly accepted the request, adjusting her schedule proficiently despite being given such short notice.

Upon being matched with Anna as our photographer, we were pleased when she called to confirm the photo shoot via voice contact. We are greatly appreciative of this gesture. Anna was also extremely communicative through the Snappr chat feature and provided me with guidance regarding my requests and vision for the photo shoot.

Anna complied with the schedule and duly arrived at our hotel on requested time and place. In order to assist us in locating her, she provided a thorough description of her attire. She was efficient in her movements, swiftly completing the necessary assembly of her equipment and promptly becoming ready to start capturing photographs.

Anna is an extremely kind individual who speaks in a mild manner and pays great attention to what we say. Moreover, she has a plethora of ideas concerning how to make candid photos look more realistic.

Anna went above and beyond to make my fiance and I feel at ease during our photoshoot; even though my fiance wasn't particularly fond of being photographed, by the end of it, we both had an enjoyable experience.

Anna did not hesitant to travel across the bridge from the hotel to the beach in order to capture magnificent scenery. Anna demonstrated her flexibility and accommodated our request with utmost consideration. She fulfilled our requests to the best of her ability.

Anna fulfilled her promise of providing the pictures by the specified time. As soon as we saw the finished photographs, we were delighted! They exceeded all our expectations, and we couldn't have been happier with the results. Our friends and family have also seen the photos, and they are equally impressed. Everyone has been praising how great photographer Anna is for bringing out our best angles on camera!

Overall the photoshoot was a great success! We had the pleasure of working with an excellent photographer Anna who made us feel at ease, and managed to capture some beautiful shots. We're thankful for having Anna who is such an amazing professional to take these special photos that will now last...

This was the first time we used Snappr and I highly recommend them and would use again. We were traveling to the Atlanta area for the Thanksgiving holiday and I wanted some family photos taken while we were there. I reached out to a few local photographers but never heard back from any of them. That's when I stumbled upon the Snappr website. I entered my requests for family shots but wasn't certain about the location. A rep from the company called me to get clarification as to that I wanted and where and she paired us up with Marina. Marina called me the day before our appointment and we discussed what I wanted for a family of 5 adults, we settled on a quaint little park and met there the next day. Marina was wonderful to work with. She quickly realized our personalities, had us laughing in no time, and went along with our families quirkiness, which helped get the lifestyle shots I wanted and not staged or overly posed pictures. She took a lot of pictures, edited some, made some black and white as we told her to use her discretion to do so, and she sent me the link to all of them within 48 hours which meant I got them on Thanksgiving Day. I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed this whole process. The company has proven wonderful and the photographer herself was spectacular. Oh yeah, the price can't be beat for the service and quality of photos you get! Well done Snappr...

Their customer service sucks. They called me at 4am (?!?!?) to try and get me to drop my accusations of unprofessional photography. And the „professional „ photographer i hired was anything BUT professional: he did not reply to my messages, he did not listen to my requests in terms of positions for photos and the end result are photos that are overexposed and look burnt. In other words, the photos i was given after the ohotoshoot were rubish. When i asked for re-editing or my money back i was offered a 50$ voucher to use towards a next booking?!?!? Who would do that!?!? Let me add that we scheduled this session 2mo in advance knowing our family would be in town feom overseas. It was potentially one in a lifetime opportunity to have the whole family together and somehow Snappr‘s unprofessional partner managed to ruin it for us. Would i recommend it? Unless you know the photographer - ABSOLUTELY NO. The fact that i cannot use any of those photos and when i look at them my hear breaks has me talking to a lawyer for potential repercussions for all the emotional scaring they‘ve caused me. Why? So that other families don’t loose their precious memories because of incapable photographers. Needles to say I never got my money back so i am out the money AND have horrific photos. They even had the audacity to send an email with „here’s a link to book the same photographer...
