ASAP Roadside Assistance — Local services in Los Angeles

So I was driving home and on the way I saw an old lady stuck with her car. Her back right tire was completely damaged. I stopped to help her replacing the tire. Well, one screw was broke and locked. I really couldn’t handle this one. So I looked on Google and called ASAP Roadside Assistance for help. The old lady didn’t speak good english so I handled all the communication over the phone. Ben, the owner of the company himself answer the phone and were very informative. He wanted to understand exactly the situation. I told him what’s happening and within an hour he arrived and help the old lady to go on her own and keep the drive safe. Ben was very patient with her. He had to do an extra work to brake some part that was to old to handle and was stuck. The amazing part was that Ben was feeling to the lady and charged her only for a service call!! Poor old lady managed to pay as less as possible for an asap help by a professional technician. Thank you very much Ben and ASAP Roadside Assistance for been a good people...

I definitely recommend this business ! I had a battery issue. I called them and Ben quickly dispatched a mechanic for a jump start. Great service ! Ben called after the appointment and payment was processed over the phone to make sure the mechanic contacted me in the meantime, which he did. When the mechanic arrived at my place in a timely manner, I could not pop the hood of my Prius C open so I thought the day would be lost but they wouldn't leave me hanging without making sure my issue was solved in the end. Actually they found out the actual battery is located under the back seat so they accessed it removing the plastic parts and could jump start from there instead of reaching the other battery located under the hood. I had a flat on my SUV on a Sunday night... I just bought the truck and realized they didn’t include any tools to change a tire. Nobody else was open and I don’t have AAA... I found ASAP Road Assistance on google and called them. Within 20 minutes Ben arrived to save the day. Ben was efficient, professional and reasonably priced. I truly appreciate the help and I’m happy to support a nice, hardworking local businessman.
