Honestly, I don’t even feel good writing this review because of how long I’ve been shopping with Ross and have honestly loved all my years since even when my mom used to take me there now an adult I especially like going there because I get to find unique deals Especially because I am a large man so it’s very hard for me to find belts ,shoes, etc. anywhere but for some reason I always get lucky at Ross and find some really good shoes for really good price so I typically will go check it out different Ross locations whenever I have a chance I happen to be Encino and went to the store. Found some amazing shoes Which I did purchase and the store manager was the cashier (I cannot wear the shoes because she never took off the alarm tag )and to my surprise she wouldn’t help me with an exchange from a belt that I had bought from a different location even with me giving her the receipt And she refused to help me with it and what’s even worse was the belt I was trying to exchange it was the exact same cost. She told me she would not do it because it had no description on it the belt on the receipt which it showed exactly what it was on the receipt, and then even I looked at the belt I was going to exchange it for had the same description as well And she refused to help me. I asked her if there was another manager that could help me and she said no she was the only one and if I had a problem, I should just go back to the other store that I originally purchased it with she was very rude And had me feeling as if she picks and chooses who she wants to give customer service to. to further back up I watched an individual ask to use the restroom and this person was told that they were out of order. I had a feeling that that wasn’t true so I went and asked if I was able to use the restroom to the lost prevention guy and he told me to go ahead and just ask the person at the fitting room and that person the very same person said no problem for me and the other person that they said it was out of order to Was still there so I told that person and they did let her know use the “out of order order”“restroom and then I did have that incident with the “”store manager after that after being super frustrated after purchasing some items even though my experience, I went to my car and just felt completely done wrong so I came back in and that manager was nowhere inside so I asked the lost prevention if I could make a complaint And he pointed out there’s a manager right there who will help you out mind you I was just told by manager “” who cashed me out that there were no other managers there asking if I can be helped by this other manager I wasn’t I was actually ignored so I asked the lost prevention guy again and he went over to the manager he pointed out to me and the guy said he was too busy to help me and then pointed over at lo and behold the first Manager that was the only one there supposedly and she refused and ignored me again as well. I stood there for a while and then I left so this is the first place that I’m going to try to be heard and respected and understood and will continue share my experience on other platforms as will contacting my lawyer because I feel discriminated on! to be treated not as a valuable member of society who has supported their store. Actually, my entire family has , I mean I never tried to steal nothing from nobody. I just wanted to exchange the belt that broke on the very first...
Read moreI was there on September 9 and wanted to return a $7 car phone holder. Three cashiers were helping shoppers, while one of them was helping with the return too. She mostly called shoppers, and I ended up waiting in the return line for 15 minutes while there were no shoppers and four people in the return section. Then, the cashier refused my return because I explained I bought it a week ago, but the first time I used it, it broke into so many pieces. She asked her manager, and he said no return. I asked for the policy, and she indicated she did not know and asked me to wait for the manager. The guy named Christian came over and, without talking to me, told the cashier to accept it as a one-time courtesy. I said, but I do not need a courtesy because it's my right to return under the Ross policy, but he walked away while saying, "we do not sell the broken stuff, so we do not return it!!!" TI called the corporation immediately, and the girl on the phone confirmed I was right, and he just made up a policy for himself. I am so disappointed at such poor customer service in Ross! Please pay more attention to who you hired to deal...
Read moreToday at 10:10 I went to Ross store to shop because it is close to our house. I have to drive 5 minutes by car. I was with my wife. We picked up a pair of women's shoes. I told a woman who was working that I need the toilet. She said, "Wait until I finish my work and open the door." She walked from one side to the other for a quarter of an hour and didn't look at me. I didn't say anything. I came and told the cashier that I want to go to the toilet. She said, "No." I said, "Wait until I finish my work and open the door." She said, "You said it." She said, "No." I turned to the woman and said, "What is your name?" The cashier immediately shouted, "This woman doesn't know English." I said, "If there is no wind, how can I answer what I want?" I have a request from you. This is an area where people speak English the most. If she doesn't know, then how can she answer? People can't lie to her. Please...
