I’ve been going to Ramiro at Carniceria Headquarters for a while now. He only sells top quality meats. I’ve purchased everything from A5 Japanese Wagyu, Australian Wagyu, American Wagyu, briskets, wagyu carne asada, prime carne asada, as well as chicken. Great prices and even better customer service. He always knows me when I come in and get treated like I’m part of the family. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area. I drive out from the inland empire.

I will never go to another carniceria. They have quality meats at very reasonable prices. I have tried the beef chorizo, brisket, bulgogi, galbi, hamburger patties and can't wait to try their steaks! My brother-in-law, who considers himself a grill master was very impressed as well. The harshes critics in my family had only one question, "where is this place?" Check it out! You won't be disappointed.

I went last week and this shop only carries high quality beef ranging from their Creekstone Angus, American/Australian wagyu to A5 Japanese. I recommend their Australian Ribeyes and pichana. They also have great pricing for the quality you are getting. Make sure you check them out!

If you need a BOMB carnicería, do yourself a favor and visit Carnicería Headquarters. They bring the perfect balance of the old school classics and some extremely high-end product. The carne asada for my money is the best you can get - and I’ve had a lot of carne asada - but they have a tremendous wagyu selection if you want something extra special (I recommend the picanha or the wagyu skirt steaks, but you won’t go wrong with anything). And they have a range of selections in between. All top quality. And perhaps best of all they’re a family business and know the meaning of customer service. The staff is knowledgeable and super helpful and they even deliver around LA! I rarely write reviews but these guys deserve the recognition. Thanks and...
