Si pudiera no les daría ninguna estrella a esta mueblería mi experiencia fue y sigue siendo tan desagradable.Compré una cama cal king y el segundo día la cama se le abrieron las patas de soporte,la cama truena al intentar subirte fui como 10 veces a la mueblería a reclamar la garantía de disque 90 días y nada que responden. Los empleados son amables pero el encargado es un mal educado y grosero, tal vez si fuera mujer la encargada tendría más valor para encarar a los clientes descontentos, ya que yo pedí que el me atendiera personalmente para responderme la garantía y solo levantó el teléfono estando el ahí en la compañía para decirme que no podía hacer nada al principio todo bien cuando compras pero al momento de reclamar tu compra te mandan solo a reparar a mi cama le han puesto más tornillos que te puedas imaginar la verdad ahora está peor. Jamás volveré a esa tienda! Evítense futuros dolores de cabeza NO TIREN SU DINERO EN ESA “MUEBLERÍA”

Great customer service by Charlie Garcia. He not only went the extra mile to show my family and I the showroom inventory, but also got us a great deal on a bedroom set. Highly recommend shopping here. Buen servicio al cliente departe de Charlie Garcia. Ayudo a mi familia y a mi a ver todo el inventorio y nos conseguio buen precio en un set de recamara. Recomiendo que compren aqui.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!… DEFECTIVE PRODUCT & EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL SERVICE!!! DO NOT BUY HERE!!!

I purchased an expensive custom made sectional from this company LESS than 10 months ago. Since my purchase, I’ve had to call the man I purchased from, James, COUNTLESS times to make repairs as buttons (that I was told it would NOT have but were there upon delivery) have popped out on 4 SEPARATE OCCASIONS!!! They’ve had to come to my home 3 TIMES already and only take a portion of the sectional saying they will makes sure everything is secure. Then return it only to have the happen AGAIN & AGAIN!!!

Now, James whom works at BOTH OF THESE AFFILIATED COMPAMIES, this store “Casa Grand”, the store “The Sofa Place Furniture,” the supposed customer service team (some guy James had call me after trying to track him down for OVER A WEEK with no reply into this guy Jonathan called) will NOT EVEN ANSWER the phone to help me!!!

I payed close to 3 THOUSAND DOLLARS for faulty furniture, horrible treatment and disrespect of the lowest form. I don’t know if it’s because I’m female they believe they can walk all together Vee me but this is NOT IN THE LEAST accent behavior from a furniture company!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THE SOFA PLACE!!!! EVER!!!

Will never shop there again. I wanted to order furniture, but needed the dimensions to see if would fit in my space, they refused to let me take a picture of the item in the catalog, before covering details on the item. They were very rude and was talkng about me, which I couldn't quite understand why. There behavior was very weird, like I was going to steal the catalog. The funny thing is that I have bought furniture from this store many times, under different management. I went to living spaces, where I was treated much better. Purchased what I needed. My third time coming here to purchase furniture for my home. I am always greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. They are very helpful with explanations and helping us put together a layout for our vision for our home. Extremely grateful for their help and patience throughout our purchases. We will definitely continue to come back to purchase more items for our home. Jose Manzano & José Fernández were the two who helped us and I highly recommend you ask for them!
