7-Eleven — Local services in Los Angeles

It's 4:15 in the morning and the customer service here is horrible they are trying to charge $2 for two bananas Mike usually has good customer service I've dealt with him on several occasions he's hired his family members here I spoke with one Kumari that says he does not care about how good the customer service Mike has been giving him his community I'm standing here trying to purchase a lotto ticket because 7-Eleven is the only one that sells them 24/7 usually when is shift change they will tell me about two or three more minutes I've been reading the reviews and the reviews are not good at the store the staff are very ghetto unprofessional I do not like to get out my bed getting treated like this I believe that if you do not want to work in customer service go back to your country and find your own job here in America customer service is very important everything is rain here unprofessional I've been standing here for minutes waiting and no one has a dress that they're ready I know you guys have cameras so it's 4:21 a.m. you can run them back just been standing here getting disrespected while I spend my money here every day.. He didn't know how long it would take to service me.. I will be going to another location from here on out.. I will also be getting a signature from the community out this rude behavior.. It needs to stop.. About a year ago ia similarities happened and Javier was horrible back then.. But since mike spoke with him he has been doing a good job making customers feel welcomed.. I'm sure the new crew is related to mike which is beautiful.. But they still need to be nice..and stop the price hikes..
