They really need to pay the workers better. If they paid them better they would work better. All of them look so tired and depressed working there. They also have a huge turn over rate because I come here every other week and it's always new workers. Not even trained right, they're just there. I ordered the combo xl with the gyoza and a kid meal. When I asked the girl where my drink was she was like "I gave you your drink already" she only gave me the kids meal drink .... "The combo comes with a drink"... Then they forgot the cookie for the kids meal, had to go ask for that. After I sat down to eat and tried the gyoza they were rock hard... I went and asked to get them redone and the girl who took our order was very lost and spaced out. So the girl on register went to the back to get it for me. Thank you but you're not supposed to go from touching money to touching food... At least wash...

It's my fault for not double checking my order before I left.I would assume since there's no rocket science or quantum physics involved in the ordering process, I wasn't going to have to double check my order. A order of 1 combo bowl, a order of tempura shrimp (8pc) and a order of Tokyo fried chicken (5pc). Get my name called, I'm assuming when the name is called it means the WHOLE order is bagged up than handed to me. Read moreI’m gonna be honest, the odds are stacked against this particular Yoshinoya. It’s located in a seedy part of town, lots of homeless nearby, crappy parking, almost always busy so nowhere to sit and a lack of staff usually means the lobby isn’t too clean.
However the other locations that have better neighborhoods, parking, clean lobbies don’t have the quality of staff that deal with customers. In my experience, the staff (especially female staff) that deal with the registers at any point of the day, make me feel welcome & if my requests aren’t taking a toll on their day. They’re always polite, when they make a mistake on my order, they don’t sigh or roll their eyes, when I ask for extras, they just hand them over. I truly wish more locations were like this one in...
