Dr. Robison is a GREAT cat vet. I adopted a cat back in July 2020 during the pandemic and having no previous knowledge about cats as Panda the cat I named &adopted is my first actual cat, she was beyond helpful and took care of all of Panda’s needs. You can tell she knows what she’s doing and she has many years of experience with cats. I trust her 100% and if you have a kitty take her /him to see Dr. Robison. She knows her stuff.

I would not recommend this doctor at all. In my opinion, they should retire because they do not allocate any time for appointments.

I brought my cat with severe coughing to this doctor's clinic a month ago, and I repeatedly told them that my cat had been diagnosed with no allergies by previous doctors and needed more advanced treatment. Due to my recent move to Los Angeles, I had to look for a new doctor. This doctor not only did nothing but also told me to use an air purifier and come back for a follow-up in a month.

After a month, I made numerous calls and sent messages, but they did not respond. When I went to the clinic, they said they wouldn't give me any answers until the fee is paid again and did not allow me to enter the clinic at all! Is this normal? I also told them that I only wanted them to write down the additional tests for my cat. I said I wouldn't listen to your advice until I paid for the visit again. They responded, 'No problem,' but still, why won't you let me into the clinic, and what kind of behavior is this? Please, don't jeopardize your cat's life with a doctor who doesn't seem to care.

You are very dishonest, and you are very skilled in deception. Did I threaten you? After you told me to pay first and then I can hear to your report, I objected to this approach, and did I tell you that I wouldn't pay any money? I can't believe that you are lying like this. Very disappointed! You are a doctor, and I messaged you over a week ago without receiving a response from you. As a doctor, your primary concern should be the well-being of the patient, not the monetary aspect. I came to you without my cat, so there was no need for an actual visit. I only needed to provide a report and seek guidance on what to do next. However, you, without a sense of responsibility and ethics, initially instructed me to wait outside for 20 minutes and then did not allow me into the clinic. In any case, any responsible doctor would start by asking, 'How is your cat doing?' It seems you don’t have the capability to run an animal clinic with the ethics that should attract patients. I've told every other doctor that you diagnosed my cat-related illness due to her cat's specific grass consumption, and they were shocked . I not only paid $80 but even more on the first day with you, requesting X-rays and blood tests, which are not inexpensive. Yet, your clinic, devoid of any necessary equipment, takes advantage of newcomers who find you on Google, offering minimal service for an $80 fee. Please don’t...

I just called this clinic to inquire about some topical flea treatment prophylaxis for my kitty. Unfortunately, last spring my 12lb cat got chemically burned from a popular topical treatment otherwise known as Revolution. So when I called asking about what products/brands they offer this is the rude response I shockingly received, "We have advantage and frontline (which are OTC treatments you can get at any local pet store w/o an exam), and I have never heard of revolution or any of these other products burning anyone! I have to go now, I have to get back to my phone call on the other line. " -as if I was a waste of her time........

Firstly, I would never call a vet to get an OTC medication. I'm calling you because I would like your expert opinion about a prescription. Number two it's unfortunate you were so quickly to dismiss me with your smug attitude, and say you have never heard of cats being burned by products such as these. Because there is a large community of cats that have been documented to being burned by these products, as well as, having skin sensitivities such as welts, skin redness, pruritis and much more. It's more scary than anything you are not aware of this! Not every animal is the same, and there is such thing as allergies and adverse side effects with medications. I'm so glad I did not waste my time to coming into this practice.

To whom who answered the phone, I recommend educating yourself about topical flea treatments and their possible adverse side effects. Especially before you dismiss someone. I have a medical background this is not how you should treat potential clients.

My response to your response: I never hung up on you, or ever "became hostile". Your literally lying. Your exact words were, "i have to get to another call on the other line.." within two minutes of our conversation. You so confidently said, "I have never heard of these products burning anyone." not that you haven't seen these products burn any pet. Clearly this is not the first review that describes you as not having social skills.... There's nothing wrong with me inquiring about what type of flea medication you typically prescribe at your practice before I spend money on an exam, and like i said the first time... I'm relieved I didn't have the pleasure of meeting you in person.. Your response even speaks for itself. You simply lack...

Will never go there again....the vet there is arrogant and doesn’t listen or respect what a pet owner tells her not to do to there pet... After having my cats nails done and having her shots, the following day she was acting off... I wrote it off as a side effect of her getting her shots ... I know my cat as well as the back of my hand , I knew she was going to be skittish for a while because that’s just the way she is . And then I noticed her limping ... she was a rescue cat and always had that issue with her front left paw, but it was always minimal for 4 years until her recent visit to Cats Meow. I told this so called vet others are praising, not to grab her by the neck.. Before it even started I was talking to my cat in the room the vet was in , telling her it’s OK I’m not going to grab you by the neck, and gently took her out of her carrier ...bam ... The vet aggressively grabs her by the neck ... at which point I said please don’t do that , she continues to do it again , at that point I said aren’t you listening to me I said do not grab her that way, she’s tender there... once again she forcibly grabs my cat to put her on the portable weight scale and says she’s doing this for our safety ...

At that point I said if you’re not going to listen to me about the care of my animal we’re out of here. We transferred vet services from the Beverly Oaks veterinary clinic because it was too far of a drive and cats meow was much closer. NEVER AGAIN! Oh that very day within the hour, we went back to the old vet, and there was absolutely no issue whatsoever with them understanding the same Exact thing I had told this other moron vet! They let me Gently take her out, of course not grabbing her by the back of neck where she was tender, and it was fine. This cats meow whack job of a vet wouldn’t even let me do that for MY pet. Total disrespect for the customer , total disrespect for my pet, she is the the most arrogant vet I have ever come across. Avoid this place as if it’s the plague ..... If you truly care...
