Wow, you won't believe the crazy experience I had at the store today! When I called, I spoke with a super rude and unprofessional lady named Cynthia, who actually hung up on me twice! Can you believe that? But despite the bad start, I decided to go to the store because it came highly recommended by a friend. When I got there, Cynthia was on a personal call, chatting about going to a bar because her "baby daddy" had stressed her out. Can you imagine? It was so unprofessional! But then, a gentleman named Oscar came to the rescue. He apologized for Cynthia's behavior and helped me with such empathy and professionalism. Not only did he fix my phone quickly and at a great price, he also gave me a discount and even offered me a new phone case and screen protector! Oscar truly knows how to treat customers right. And get this - he explained that the store partners with a local halfway house to give second chances to substance abuse users, like Cynthia. How amazing is that?
