East West Motel 7101 S Vermont Ave Los Angeles, CA 90044 — Hotel in Los Angeles

My room had bed bugs all over both beds even though I wanted a signal bed and of course the more I talked to the clerk the more the price went up. they told me when I first called that the rooms were $106 a night. when I got out of my car. I walked over to the desk and they told me they were sold out. then the game was on. one person was checking out of a single room and I told him that I would take that room. He told me that he could not because it had to be clean. and he said it wont be ready until 11:00 am and I said I will wait. He then told me that all the rooms were booked up and that I had to take a suite or a queen bed and finely tween beds. at $124 a night. I OK I will take it. even though I was by my self. The room was on the 3rd floor room 308 and then trouble comes the toilet would not flush it was dirty and there was food and drinks in the fridge. then as I slept then the bed bugs came out and bit me in the finger had a bed bug biting meat 3:00 in the morning and I went down stairs and showed it to the clerk and he said,( that not good) and I ask him if he could movie me to another room and he said he has no room until morning. all night long it was could with no blankets on ether beds because they were crawling with bed buds. then check out time I told I him that I wanted a refund and he said that can be done. Then he came back and and said he cant do nothing because he needs to talk to the manger. I told him I want the Establishment to clean and all my clothes my luggage and my new 32 in smart TV and my coffee maker toaster my blue ray my play station and all the games to decontaminate all of my belonging. he said that he cannot do that but he said he can give me a discount for another night. I said no and then he said he would throw in $20 dollars. I said I cant take this stuff to my house because it would spread into my house. Now I went to the court house got the paperwork to sue for my damages and the hospital cost. Thank God I took video and Audio of the room and him and me trying to work things out before I take them to court. Im trying to upload the videos of the bed bugs...

The motel room was over priced at $70 a night , the pillows were dirty , stained , discolored from once being white . The shower had hair particles , the towels and wash cloths were discolored , the shower was in need of professional cleaning . Inner city motels should undergo annual inspections and guest should have a means of reporting unhealthy and unsafe conditions that vary . Motel managers and associates operating these motels feel little obligation to insure customer satisfaction , room safety , improve hospitality from staff inner city motels should , offer gifts upon stay and free night stays for staying a number of nights just as hotels offer . My room was robbed of all my belongings here. I came back to my room after leaving for an hour to all my stuff gone no signs of a break in. All my money and luggage were gone because they failed to supervise the premise properly they said the cameras were broken and nothing could be done. I honestly believe the owners had everything to do with the theft. They will look u up and down to decide how much to charge each individual while they accept payment plans from the crackheads literally will count there pennies be short 40$ for the 70$ price and let them continue to stay there .
