Ok I had the worst experience last night at cvs on Ventura blvd between kEster and Van Nuys blvd. I was there late I had a midnight craving for twislerz the pack that brings yellow and reds those are not easy to find, thatās why I go to cvs I know they have them . Anyway Iām so disappointed with cvs!! My goodness I was treated so horribly wrong I was embarrassed and all because Of a 19 yr old security guard that made me feel Uncomfortable!! She first asks me if I was ok if I need help. She looked like 12ye old and HAD NO CVS SHIRT, so I wAs puzzled at why she would care, I asked ARE YOU ok do you need help, do you work here? She got upset I could tell she looked at her sweater that was covering her badge that was a iron on patch!! Not only I couldnāt tell she was a security but she looked like she wanted to follow me gave me the creeps! So I go to the next isle over there she wAs again, I go to the next and the next and she followed me every isle she didnāt even try to do it discretely. Finally I asked her why are you following me please stop I feel uncomfortable. She smiles and says just doing her job. But honestly I wasnāt in any way behaving like. A suspect, I had no backpack or large jacket I was wearing my yoga pants white tee and uggs there is no way I would steel anything and I wasnāt opening or trying anything on I wAs targeted by her she just liked feeling the power trip! I felt helpless I asked for store manager to voice my concerns and the woman must have been her mother cuz she didnāt care she said she does that to every costumer. Thatās a lie and they know it! AnywAy I feel like she was rude and she made me feel so sad and embarrassed! How dare she pick on me I was there to get my sugar fIām and I donāt deserve to be treated so badly! Shame On cvs lately these rent a cops gotten such a power tripping Rude attitude! I enjoyed cvs up until this security from hell rudely ruined my shopping experience.

Iāve left several messages, and every single call back, for whatever reason, now I cannot hear them on the other line. They can hear me, but not the other way around. They hang up immediately and donāt even bother to try calling me again, even though I explicitly say I canāt hear you at all. Not sure if itās my phone or their phone but this was NEVER a problem before. I then left more messages saying, can you please text me or send me a message instead through the app? They donāt bother. Clearly customer service is abysmal. I think Iāll take my business elsewhere. Thanks...

I went to pick it up that Saturday, but the pharmacist told me that they never received the call from the doctor (I know for a fact that this is a lie). My doctor then tried to call in my prescription immediately, but waited on hold for 25 minutes without an answer.
The doctor then called the nearest Walmart pharmacy: the pharmacist picked up immediately, provided friendly service and told my doctor the prescription would be ready in an hour.
