I ordered flowers for my husband's birthday Red Roses and they arrived in time which I'm grateful for. But it wasn't what I expected from this 5 star flower shop. The flowers were in a small vase and short even though they were ok. I was very disappointed with them. I called the flower shop and told them that I did not think this flowers were for me .he said that he upgraded the flower Arrangement which I was ok with it. but I wanted them tall in a bigger vase. He said he did not understand what I meant when I ordered the flowers. That was not true.. I was very specific about it.. He got kind of irritated and told me he will call me back. Later, I got a call back from the flower shop and they decided to gave me $20.00 back and a discount for next time. I love this place. This is the second time I have called for a same day order. I try to get unique things for a special client, they talk it over with you and they come up with ideas. I’m my case cause I was working, gave him a budget and they created perfection. It is completely reasonable pricing and I would recommend to anyone and I will continue coming back! They are patient yet have quick turn around. My client texted me and just said “LOVE!!!” So thank you Dolce, you make this so much easier. They have great taste so you can put your trust in them.
