Limited seating but that is a positive because it's a very intimate setting so whoever you're going to see your promised an experience probably unlike those you've had before. This particular night I saw a stand up comedy routine that I saw the previous night in a larger venue. While both have their positives this was far better because it felt you were more connected to the person you went to see. The area is fantastic with restaurants and set in a nice neighborhood. The character of this place and the area is unmistakable. The staff at two roads were helpful and greeted you as though you were a friend they were expecting. Absolutely unique experience. Highly recommend. The front entrance looks as though there was nobody home. Read moreI have been attending 2 Roads Theater for many productions over the years. In my opinion it has continuous high standards . We love live theater here in the local hoods!
The staff is pro and though I don’t know the Mgr or crew personally they are consistently professional and accomodating!!!.
Often I buy tix for shows off brown paper online and when I notice the work is at 2 Roads I book on reputation.
Last week I saw an amazing one act play called STATE OF THE NATION here. It was about 40 minutes of intrigue laughs and a riviting draft of a serious subject....
The 3 actors were fascinating,& so real! Such chemistry on the intimate stage! The seats were comfortable and the House well appointed. The script well drafted and the characters amazing to watch. It seemed the perfect venue for this slice of life play. I recommend 2 Roads and will look for ongoing...
Read moreThis theater is great! Such a positive energy inside. I did an Improv Comedy fundraiser there; the place was built for it. The atmosphere was perfect for Improv. Intimate and excellent acoustics, which is so important. They had the tables necessary for concessions in the lobby. The backstage area is snug, but well-equipped with a refrigerator, desks, and a nicely maintained bathroom. Allen, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. Easy to contact via phone, and he was very reasonable and clear about theater usage.
