Very bad experience for a place that is supposed to give you peace of mind and fun as a parent when taking your children; this place has a clean appearance inside but to be honest it is in one of the dirtiest areas of van nuys they should thank god that people still expect to live there good service from them to the Latino people and it is surprising that they happen to be in an area where there are most Latino people by the way my family and I are all American citizens we come here legally but seriously read this comment and then do your analysis because twice that I visited that place the same thing happened the second time I just wanted to confirm if it was really like that and if it is good that means the atmosphere there is not like all the children's play places here you feel a racist atmosphere by the staff who evidently are not American but they receive you as if you are not going to pay because your son plays there especially from a fat red-haired woman in a bad mood it is really not worth paying to be where they are watching you as if you are a strange being it is funny I imagine that they should better put we only accept people of...

This indoor playground is by far my favorite I have visited with my daughter. The location is very clean inside. We visited on a Thursday, so there was not many people and almost felt like we were there by ourselves. Honestly, if you look at it from the outside it looks like it may be small but once you are inside, there is a lot of space. The people that work there I believe may be the owners try their best to keep it very clean and they are doing a great job at it. Even the restrooms are nice and clean, which is rare to see when it has to do with a children’s place, or anywhere public in general. Another plus is that the parking is huge. If you see it from the outside, you might have second thoughts, but once you are inside it doesn’t even feel like you are in Van Nuys. Definitely plan to take my daughter here again. Love everything about the funhouse factory it so nice and clean and I love the decor it so beautiful my two year old daughter had such a great time I will definitely like to go back again. Only problem I had was the food I had seen someone order a pizza nice well done looked good freshly made thick and baked so I ordered one for my daughter when I got mine it was thin flat like cheap pizza you buy in the freezer section at the market I’d probably find better frozen pizzas in the markets. I don’t know if they didn’t think I would notice or because am mexican but am paying a good amount of money like every one else and expect to get the same service. I will not order food there again.
