DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They have the absolute worst customer service. Which if you look at their reviews from multiple websites you will see it’s consistent with other customers saying the same thing. First of all I bought a sectional from them which was not cheap. After 2 weeks my coach started pilling so I reached out to customer service. They let me know that this was considered normal wear and tear. AFTER TWO WEEKS! Insane, but honestly that’s not even the worst part. I tried leaving a 1 star review on their website and they do not allow 1 or 2 star reviews. I would never have bought this couch if I would have been able to read other peoples honest reviews. Instead, they manipulate you into thinking their products are amazing but in reality, it’s because they don’t allow you to post one or two star reviews. Then, I posted a four star review but still left my honest opinion and they DELETED my review. There is actually a consumer review fairness act that protects consumers ability to leave their honest reviews about a product and this company is in violation of that. I then emailed their customer service again asking for a phone number hoping I could resolve this better over the phone and ask them about my review and they told me they don’t have phones… i’m truly baffled by what kind of company is being ran but do your research - They are not BBB accredited and I would be careful...

I’ve worked with Haute House on several projects over the years….. A custom Antoinette king plus bed, a cloud chair and custom Isabella Ottoman. The quality is amazing and all the products have been packed well and got to me in perfect shape. I always look to them for something out of the ordinary. Everything is so cookie cutter these days being able to do custom designs for my home and have it made in California is a wonderful thing. If you want upholstery that’s going to last… which I do….
