Yum Yum Donuts — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I still don't know why this place is open, nobody goes in to buy donuts. I literally went in on Thursday may 30 when this female worker and another man where working the counter and saw how rude the female worker was to this lady in her late 70's hurring her up to pick her donuts since the lady was undecided or so. The female worker was so rude that even the other man working with her just looked at her. I don't know why yum yums hire people who have no customer service skills. That woman worker needs to learn to have patience especially when dealing with older people. I figured she just wanted to go back to chit chatting with her Male worker. So I was just there to get my donut and left. My donut was stale I didn't go back to get my money cause it just wasn't worth it. I rather go to ABC Donuts instead. They have fresh...

I used to love their chillas but now every time I go the man that works the night shift makes them deliberately bad in different ways and I don't understand why because I never did anything mean I even the tip but he does it every time he leaves full ice cubes and this last one tonight that I got had absolutely zero coffee large ice cubes when i politely asked for him to blend well and it tasted absolutely like nothing and I even tipped him a dollar on a four dollar drink so management should do something about this ! Horrible paid for something and was not added to my sandwich, Called them let them know about it said to come back and they will remake it so i did and the guy said he will only refund me the money that i paid for the item. Trash was over flowing. Tables were sticky and had crumbs on it looks like hasnt beed wiped down. Will never visit this or any yum yum donuts again...
