I’ve been coming here for a long time and they do amazing nails, but I would strongly suggest that you DO NOT get gel x. The process to put them on is literally normal, and I have no complaints. But taking them off hurt so much. The lady who removed them for me started clipping them off and tried to remove them with an acrylic nail. When she could not do it like that, she would find an opening and pull the gel c off my nail. Resulting in her damaging my nail. She did this with a good 4 of my nails and tried to do it to the rest even when she couldn’t remove it. That’s when she did the soak off. Then when she was doing my gel manicure she kept using the cut tickle cutter on my nails because they were uneven, due to the fact that she ripped off the gel polish and nail of my finger. FIRST TIME VISIT: This location closes at 7:30-8 pm. I could be wrong. I usually never wait till the last minute, but I called at 7:05pm. if there was availability for pedi. I purchased a Groupon for 3 visits, called and made a same day appointment and was there within 15 minutes and was taken care of immediately. I was seated and my massage chair turned on (a lot of places don't even bother turning this thing on for you) I was offered tea and or coffee by the front desk girl and then left to have my mani-pedi done. I had two ladies working on me one on hands and one on feet. They were both great I was so relaxed for a second I almost closed my eyes, this has never happened to me before when I get my nails done, It's usually so loud- but it was peaceful and clean and the ladies took their time and paid very close attention to detail.
